I would like to give them 5 paws but I feel a little awkward when using them and engage muscles to stabilize myself because I feel like I am teetering on them. The hard cups are very rigid and there is no real flat point for them to create a solid base with the floor. With that said, they are very comfortable! I wear only dresses and the velcro will give me blisters also the knee pads are too narrow in the hard plastic parts for 4X plus size and like another commented they are rounded rather than flat and so we tend to roll on hard surfaces.! someone wearing jeans and not plus size and not working on flat surfaces would be ok with these knee protectors i figure.
