Promark Classic 5A FireGrain

I have recently taken up learning how to play the drums and it has been extremely hard learning something other than a tried and true flute. These drumsticks feel very well made. They are easy to hold once you get the hang of it, if you're new to using them. They're also very beautiful and are a wonderful addition to any home or setup. I look forward to continued use, I also recommend checking these out!

These drumsticks are perfect for my son. He's 8 years old and loves all instruments. He recently lost his original drumsticks and these were a perfect replacement! They are extremely durable and the dark color of them makes them very fun! They are definitely heavier than the last pair he had so I'm sure they will last so much longer. He's a happy 8 year old!

I've always found hickory sticks to be the best, but these FireGrain Promark D'Addario drum sticks are fantastic. Not only are they durable and lasting, they feel great in the hands. Because of the weight consistency with these sticks, they're likely going to be the best choice for anyone who appreciates and requires regularity in their instruments and accessories when playing. If you're learning to play on them, I doubt you'd want to use anything else. They also look very stylish and cool.

These flamed hickory drumsticks are incredible. In my opinion they are the best available on the market. They are such better quality than traditional drumsticks and you can sense that in your first use. A couple years ago my friend Ryan let me use his and they were awesome. Just never got around to getting my own set. These are really awesome and the durability is far above average. I think these have the capability to last a lifetime and that's certainly a huge plus. Overall I would absolutely recommend these to any drummer looking for above average drumsticks that offer premium usability!

I am not a drummer so I can't really review the functionality of the drumsticks. I can review the look and feel of the drumsticks. I love the flame-hardened exterior; I assume this will decrease the chances of splits. I think the look of the flame-hardened look is physically more appealing than the standard drumstick look. The flame-hardened exterior also produced a smooth feel to the touch. Again assuming this decreases splits, I would guess it decreases the chances of splinters in the hand as well.

I got these drumsticks for my daughter through the Sparks Reviewer Program. She is in percussion in the HS marching band and needed drum sticks to practice with at home. These are attractive and affordable. i really like the look of them. i don't know a lot about drum sticks, but my daughter is very happy with them and said they work great and feel good in her hands. They are really pretty, lightweight, but seem durable. They seem like perfect beginner drum sticks.

I chose these as a spare pair of drumsticks for my daughter's drum set. They look so good with the design burned in and have excellent sound on the drums. She likes them so much, she has asked if she can use them instead of the plain ones that came with the drum set.

These are very nice drumsticks. I'm not a pro, so I wouldn't know how these stand up against other brands, but these strike me as very nice. The handles are smooth, seem strong, nicely tapered with a pleasing grip. The length and weight feel just right. I look forward to using these.

I was surprised, honestly, when the Promark Classic 5A FireGrain sticks didn't chip after I used them the first couple of times. In fact, since I got these through the WalMart Sparks program, I decided to 'use' them on every surface around me, since hickory wood is notorious for chipping. I 'drummed' on my hardwood computer roll top desk, my piano, the doors and other surfaces and NO CHIPPING! These are 17" sticks and are really lightweight, which is always best for me. I hit the sticks together fairly hard several times while I was 'keeping time' writing music and no dents were left behind. All in all, a good pair of drumsticks!
