This hasn't worked for me. Every time I have tried it I get a nose bleed. Haven't totally given it up yet as I am trying to experiment with the diagram.

Not feeling the difference
I brought this because of an ad that said I would get vitaflux with the purchase which unfortunately expired when I purchased. I'm around 3 weeks in and I'm not feeling the difference unlike vitaflux
