Yippee yippee! A beverage company has finally realized a way to sweeten something without using aspartame, which is awful for the human body. The sweetener in this drink is just right it's not too sweet and it does not leave that awful after taste! Thank you

Adult Kool-Aid with a gym membership.

Michael October 29, 2025

I dump one packet in my water and suddenly it’s “hydration” and not “I was bored and wanted flavor.” Tastes good, mixes easy, and immediately makes me feel like I’m recovering from something intense, even if the only thing I did was walk to the mailbox. Pros: • Actually makes you want to drink water • Zero guilt, maximum vibes • Cheap way to pretend you’re an athlete Cons: • Now plain water tastes like sadness • Kids saw it once and now I have to hide it 10/10 — would hydrate dramatically again. 💧⚡️

I won't drink water without these. I can't really. plain water gives me acid reflux. These make it so I can drink water daily and feel better. Much better than when I was addicted to soda. My only complaints are... they're pricey. You can buy the propel water already mixed for less. AND sometimes the packages are hard to tear. but not a game changer. nothing a pair of scissors can't fix. I hope this helps! oh and... if you're going to purchase this please look at the ingredients. This does contain salt. Just like gatorade and any sports performance drink. but if you have certain health conditions, its important to watch your salt intake.

My all time favorite water mix in

cardzfan November 2, 2025

My all-time favorite mix for water. I have been buying this for years and it helps me drink a ton more water than I normally would. Helped me get away from the daily soda I was reaching for in the afternoon. The Kiwi Strawberry flavor is not overpowering but just right.

Delicious, but too expensive

SteveG2020 August 24, 2025

I love Strawberry/Kiwi Propel, but pre-covid it was $1.97, then it kept creeping up and right now the cost sits at $4.47. That's what? A 225% increase or so? Inflation is down so why doesn't the price of this come down at least down to under 3 bucks a box.

Great Option For Hydration!

HollysHobbies October 2, 2025

Definitely one of the better tasting electrolyte drink mixes I have tried. It is still a tad on the extra sweet and salty side but i just add a bit more water than it calls for and lots. of ice for a yummy hydrating drink! I’m excited to try more flavors of these!

Taste so good

Gidget July 15, 2025

My doctor recommended drinking Propel, to keep me hydrated. I’m 73 and I live out in the desert. Well, that sounds funny. But I live in the desert and it’s summer and it’s hot and you still gotta go outside and do activities so I needed something that tasted good that all I had to do was add water and this is it no calories just excellent electrolytes.

Good Quality Drink

David November 12, 2025

Propel is a good alternative to drinks that have a lot of sugar or even a little. Being retired from working as an electrician and a US Marine I am trying to eat better and drink less sugary drinks. I like Propel because it has everything I need as far as needing electrolytes. After getting some blood work I realized that switching to these packs my blood sugar is lower than previous labs. And that works for me. I use this when I walk long distances. It's a decent mixable drink at a reasonable price.

No Dyes, Not super salty

Mar October 30, 2025

The main reason why I love buying the propel brand is the fact that they don’t use dyes In it which if you’ve tried other brands the dye is definitely not palatable and you can taste it. My favorite flavor is berry. It’s also not extremely salty like other brands. This i would recommend for drinking after moderate exercise, the very salty electrolytes are more recommended for drinking after doing more intense exercise/activities like hiking, swimming, etc where you sweat a lot.

Disappointed to say the least.

FN April 11, 2026

I usually buy these to help make sure I'm hydrated and I get the vitamins and minerals I need. To my surprise the packaging has changed and instead of 10 packets, not I get 8. Before it was for 16oz for each of the 10 packets. Now it's 8 for 20oz with only a difference in 0.02oz more. Considering I paid $4.37 expecting 10 packets, I expect a refund and in the future a price reduction. Disappointed to say the least.
