Small item, big difference
I bought a sit on top kayak from Walmart that came with paddles, but did not have drip cups. These were cheap but fit perfectly and have help cut down on the dripping of water from the paddles.

Work great
They are tight which is good as you won't have a problem with them moving. In fact to tight to get on my paddles so I let them soak in really hot water for a few minutes and I was able to get them on easily.

Use pool noodle instead. It's more effective.
Not very effective at all. Ended up cutting a pool noodle and squeezing into the ends of the paddle. It was better at keeping the drips from running down the paddle and also helps in floating. Other than that I wish I had not purchased them. Will be returning.
