Cannot beat the features for the price. Saw started immediately and ran very well. Cut approximately 3 cords of wood with it the first week.

Day 1 was awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Big boy. ProRun 56cc with a 20" bar. Very powerful, easy to start and balanced well. Decompression feature makes it easy for the beginners.

Came through: good support and got a replacement
Initially an issue - it was exceptionally difficult to start. Got hold of support - Excellent assistance. Diagnosed it to be tuning or a jet and sent a new one that works well. They also sent the return voucher. That took them from a 1 to a 5, leaving a 4.

Item itself works as advertised. Packaging could use more protection due to rough delivery drivers and handler's

Bar Separated on first use.
I bought this chainsaw on August 20 and I didn't get time to use until September 22 and the bar separated after I used it less than an hour. I can't get a response from seller and Walmart says I only had a window of time for refund until September 10. Watch who you buy from when ordering through Walmart.
