Saw was delivered quickly. Put gas and oil in it and it fired right up. Cut down a big tree with no problem. Always use ethanol free gas in these small engines. Don't know how long it will last but we'll see.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago and used it today to cut down 8 trees. I was highly impressed and really like this chainsaw. It's better that a high dollar one in my fleet. Cuts smooth and starts super easy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago when I had a tree fall and hit my house had to cut it up plus 7 more trees that were potential dangers to also fall on my house in the next big storm and cut through all 8 trees and not only cut them down but cut them into 3 foot pieces without hesitation or having to sharpen the blade bought this chainsaw for that job only and didn't wanna buy no expensive brand like still or husquvarna for such a small job and glad I didn't would buy again but don't think I will have too because this has worked so well great job orotund keeping up with the big boys for such a convenient price!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after the 2 hurricanes that hit Florida (Helene:& Milton) it's December and I still have large tree branches that need cutting. Chain saw was already assembled and started on the 3rd pull. Works great so far!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased and worked great straight out of the box. Noticed that the plastic cover is cracked where the nuts go to secure the bar to the saw. Purely cosmetic to me and doesn't affect the use of the saw. Set up was easy and the saw runs great. I thoroughly enjoyed how the user manual includes guides on cutting logs and felling trees.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this Saw, and up to this point have not had any problems. I purchased this saw to do some clearing on my land and have not had any problems. I have told other people about how well this works.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cut the tree down, sawed it into lengths I could handle by myself, loaded into my truck and hauled it away. I did this all in about 2-3 hours. It was a 1,000 lbs of tree handled by the PRORUN PCS218. A great Chainsaw I highly recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While researching different brands I was initially leaning towards popular brands that I was used to seeing, but after reading the reviews I was not impressed with what I was seeing. Therefore, I explored further and came across the Prorun, and I am so satisfied that I did. I had a pretty big job to do that took a few days and this chainsaw was automatic. Started every time, never quit, and kept me going throughout the job. I highly recommend this to anyone for big or small jobs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just opened the box today, just add oil and fuel and it was ready to go!! I am in my 60's with a bad back so pulling starter ropes is extremely painful for me. The first 2 startups were not pleasant for me so I hope it gets easier to start once the engine is broken in!! We'll see??
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chainsaw in October 2023. I was initially impressed how easy it started. At the time, it worked fine with no major issues. After about a month of using it every Saturday for 1-3 hours a time, it started spitting fireballs out of the exhaust, which was setting the wood on fire. 9 months later, and it runs for about 5 minutes before it starts shooting fireballs. I have maintained all fluids and chain sharpness, and have made no changes to the saw.
