The item definitely works and cools to a really low temperature. It holds it temperature very well and is easy to use.

Works great!
Bought the large size for my 11 year old to help encourage him to ice after pitching. Good fit, quick and easy to use. Ice stays cold in bag for several hours as well. No more using an ace bandage and bag of ice.

Protection for pitchers
I bought this for my son, he is young but pitches regularly. He doesn't like to ice his arm and shoulder because the plastic bags would leak. This makes icing easier for him to do with no leaking.

It's OK
It should come with a gel pack that you can freeze as opposed to an ice bath that you had to fill with ice
