I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound, the volume available (wow), and the extra bass was very noticeable. I thought I needed a more expensive speaker to sit on my desk to enjoy the music on my phone while working on paperwork, but apparently not. This little Prosonic is really awesome. Oh, and another benefit is it doesn't take up a lot of room at all, which you'd appreciate if you saw my desk.

For a small speaker, the sound is surprisingly good. My son was impressed.

This little speaker sounds great. Very rich sound for its size. My biggest problem with it is that the control buttons are nearly impossible to see. They are made of black rubber, and the power, volume, etc. labels, are just slightly raised on the buttons but are still made of the same black rubber. The black-on-black makes it extremely difficult to see what the buttons say, especially in the car. .

The speaker puts out plenty of volume, and the Bass boost is helpful too. I appreciate that the volume control on the speaker is independent of the phone, such that you can set your max volume on the speaker and adjust between zero and that max with the phone. However, I wish that the startup/shutdown sounds could be turned down -- they are very loud. The shutdown sound can wake you back up if you use the speaker to help you fall asleep. Also, unfortunately, you must press-and-hold the volume buttons to adjust the audio level. A short press will skip tracks, rather than intuitively turn the volume up/down.

Positives: Sound wise, I like the music that plays through something this small. Music is clear with both high frequencies and noticeable bass. Materials and workmanship appears good, I did not see any defects. Negatives: The instruction manual is nearly useless due to the tiny print. Why does this product need to blast tones when it turns on and turns off? There is no way to disable or turn down the tone volume. It is especially annoying when you turn it on as it blasts 3 sequences of notes. When powering off, it also blast a turning off note. While on the subject of powering off, even when you have the product connected to power directly, it still powers itself off (and blasts a turning off note). You much have to having something playing at all times or it will turn off. In summary, the decent sound quality however is not enough to offset the weaknesses of this product. I would have returned it had I not thrown the box away. This product did not meet my expectations and I don't recommend it.

Sounds great when it works. The speaker disconnects after 15 minutes no matter what settings I put.

Speakers looks nice and its sold here for a good price. But its junk. Battery info doesn't give a correct reading on connected device or it just wont charge.. And it gets very hot to the touch on the control side. The sound isnt that great either. Returning.

Everything about this order has gone wrong, especially the poor communications. Walmart should be ashamed to charge my card and a week later they refund the order with no explanation. You need to do better. Where is my order? Why was it cancelled? How are you compensating me for jerking Mr around? Why was the order not delivered several days ago? What's going on? I can't recall the last time I received such terrible customer service. With no knowledge of why this was not delivered, I have no idea whether to reorder it.
