Perfect size for what I need!
I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this. I originally was looking for a mat about 1 inch thick for my vibration plate because I needed to dampen the sound as I live in a portent and have wooden flooring. Well when I received it it was much larger than expected which is great! My vibration plate fits on it along with now having an area where I can do all of my workouts and therapy on my back! Good quality and very thick!

Excellent Pad
This foam mat is excellent for exercising, and for placement under a child's play gym. It is soft yet firm, providing a good foundation for exercising and a soft landing for kids at play. Due to the puzzle piece design, one can make the coverage area whatever is best for the space.

These squares are thick and good quality. The grey looks sharp. Go with 1 inch thick, life is too short for a thin workout mat.
