My physical therapist suggested I get something like this to help with my shoulder and neck pain. She gave me exercises using the strap to alleviate the pain in my neck and shoulders. It has worked very well and the product is of good quality at an affordable price.

For the price this is a good strap. I am using it to stretch my knee after total knee replacement surgery. It only gets used 3 times per day and it is sturdy enough for that. If you are conducting a yoga or pilates class and plan on using this multiple times per day it might not be sturdy enough. Still, for the price I paid this is a good strap. It also arrived early.
