ProsourceFit Extra Thick Puzzle Exercise Mat 3/4" EVA Foam Tiles

This flooring is great! I use it in our family room for when we do work out videos. It truly absorbs all of the shock and takes the stress off of my knees. It covers a huge area when all pieces are used. The pieces are truly like puzzle pieces. They can be configured in a ton of different ways thanks to the removable edges on the pieces. (See picture) If you have a narrow space...no problem. Wide space....no problem. A space that has a weird shape...no problem! You will love them. Also to add, these can used on shop floors and garages as well as home gyms.

These foam pads are really a great idea and very versatile. Great as an exercise mat but can also be used for a child's play area to protect them when they fall. I used a few in my laundry room, which is located in the basement. They make standing on the hard floor so much more comfortable and they insulate my feet from the cold floor. They would work just as well as a camping mat and keep the wetness away. Durability seems good. They don't feel flimsy and are light weight and easy to store. As far as cleaning goes, they wipe off easily. I would suggest not using a vacuum with a beater bar. It would most likely wear on the surface and make small pulls over time. I used mine at my exercise class. It made those hard floors unnoticeable and kept me off of the dirty carpet.

This is the best exercise mat I have ever owned. I love it. Super easy to set up, and fast, the pieces easily interlock like a puzzle. This wonderful mat is assembled and disassembled in a minute. It is great for my home workout. No more having to workout on a limited size yoga mat or a thin exercise foam. This mat is 3/4 inch thick, that is plenty to provide adequate cushioning. It is a pleasure to workout on this textured mat. The slight texture actually aids from slipping while exercising, without being cumbersome. It is water resistant and is unscented. It has also helped reduce noise when I set my weights and exercise ball down. I placed an 8 lb. ball, 5 lb. weights and rope as a reference for size. It can be adapted to use only 4 of the 6 pieces provided in the set or as pictured you can remove the corners and purchase additional pieces for more floor space. These tiles are light weight, easy to put together, and have removable border pieces for each one which gives it a really neat finish. I was really attracted to these tiles after seein how thick they are. I started working out recently but i was having trouble with my knees, it is really hard for me to get up from the floor because i cant get on my knees on a bare floor, these tiles had made that possible. I dont complain anymore about exercising on the floor lol! I highly recommend these because they are really soft, have excellent cushion, seems very durable. I haven't really done any hard exercises on these, mostly yoga and pilates. Bottom line yes i would recommend this mat because of its thickness and the the border makes it look complete. :) I did receive this mat for free to be reviewed but the experience using it it is total honest and based and my point of view.

These were exactly what I was looking for in my basement gym (small as it is). I've got a ceramic tile floor so I needed to protect it. I really like that once these are down, they don't slide around or really move at all. I was very concerned about that making a dangerous situation - no worries! You get six 2' x 2' mats that connect together. Four of the pieces have solid sides on two sides and puzzle-piece sides on the other two. The final two have solid on one side with puzzle on the other three. This allows you to put all six together with solid sides all the way around. I will say, that I use them together in three sets of two pieces - two separate that I use for my dumbbells and one set that I use for working under my car. All in all, a great product!

These are great for apartment living. The neighbors below complained about the noise from my kiddo when playing, especially video games. The construction doesn't have good sound proofing but these did a great job in reducing the noise.

I choose this product for my 5 year old daughter to use to practice her cheerleading stunts. She has been having a hard time mastering cartwheels, round-offs, headstands, etc., mainly because she did not have anything with enough cushion to feel confident practicing on. These interlocking pieces fit together like a jigsaw puzzle and covers up to 24 square feet. They are super easy to assemble and easy to wipe down to clean. Each tile measures 24" by 24" and is 3/4" thick. It comes with 6 tiles and 12 end borders and is made from EVA foam. My only complaint is that you can not connect all 6 tiles in a straight line and have enough end borders to go all the way around. We did manage to connect 4 tiles though and have enough end borders to go completely around it. I also do not like how much room the mats themselves take up but I feel like once I clear some storage out from under her bed, we could store them there until use. I do like how this can be used for so many various activities. You can use it to put around your exercise equipment, you can use it to workout on (situps, crunches, etc.) and even to do as my daughter, and learn to practice gymnastics on. This mat is also noise-reducing and water-resistant which is a huge bonus having a 5 year old practicing cheers in between taking water breaks. Overall, I am pleased with this product & would highly recommend it to others.

As a cheerleading coach for little league, ProSource Extra Thick Puzzle Exercise Mat 3/4 Inch, EVA Foam Interlocking Tiles for Protective, Cushioned Workout Flooring for Home and Gym Equipment was selected for stunts. My cheer squad does not always have access to a gym so we needed something we could use for stunt practices. This mat was perfect for just that. If the stunt falls, which it shouldn't, it provides cushion for your girls. Not only that but, if you are just learning, this can build ones confidence but they will have something to make them feel secure. Once you're done with it, you can break it down making it easy to move from one place to another. If you are a person that likes to workout but you need some type of cushion to do all exercises, this is the perfect thing for you. I have a bad knee and carpet or anything has my knee hurting. With this mat, I do not have those issues at all. This also can be used for playtime for small children on a hardwood floor or even carpet. Overall, it can come in handy for many of things and I highly recommend it and I love it.

It is a great mat easy to put together good size but if you put it on a wood floor , the floor because extremely slippery .

Purchased this item on sale for about 70% off. Item never shipped. Walmart clowned around for almost 6 weeks, giving me the run around. The final solution that was forced upon me was to cancel the order. They refunded what I paid, and expected me to repurchase at $50 more than I paid originally. That price is after the insufficient discount they were prepared to give me.
