[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often have elbow pain and while it's not at its worst right now, it's definitely uncomfortable and I've used this flex and twist bar (10 lbs) for just enough resistance training. I would definitely recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure how to use it lol So l bend it using my chest muscles. To me and my mom it's working the best that way. You also can work out your arms with it. But my arms definitely need more than that lol
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product if you're looking to rebuild strength (especially in your wrists) and also great for stretching routines! It's pretty light weight, so also really great to just throw in your gym bag to use at the beginning of workouts!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bad joints and have been interested in one of these flex and twist bars for a while. Thankfully Influenster gave me the opportunity to try one for free for my honest review. I got the light bar. I have been using this every day and feel like my wrists are stronger. Highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fibromyalgia and it impacts many parts of my life. I used to be a tennis player and athlete all my life, but fibromyalgia limits my physical stamina and ability. Yoga and free movement are crucial to my mental and physical wellness. This and the 5lb bar work well into my routine and challenge me enough to feel like I'm making progress.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ProsourceFit flex bar is a very useful portable and compact tool. Whether you are looking to strengthen your muscles from your elbows down to your fingertips. Or if you have soreness from tennis elbow or climbers elbow. Or maybe you are treating injured muscles in this area. The flex bar is the perfect tool for physical therapy, strengthening, and rehabilitating those targeted areas. I have had climbers elbow, and the flex bar has helped me relieve the soreness associated with it. There are many videos available online with various workouts to help you get started on your path. The flex bar comes in different levels of resistance. It's made of a thermal plastic that keeps its shape. For the price, it's hard to beat. I would recommend this for anyone that is wanting to strengthen, prevent, or rehabilitate these muscle areas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid, long time video gamer I have had many issues with my wrists and hands from always sitting at a desk with a controller or mouse/keyboard in my hands. Using this product has helped me regain some of my normal movements and strength back to my hands and wrists that would normally cause me pain. I have also used this as a roller for under my feet while sitting at my desk and it has been great! I will use this for the long haul!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect with this product. I gave four starts because it is what it says. But I thought there'd be more to it. The fact that it says 10 lbs made me think there'd be something about it that would be more like a light workout but it's just something you use if you have issues with your wrists or if you have carpal tunnel. So maybe someday it'd come in handy if I have those issues. I received this product for free for my honest review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works your forearms and hands pretty good. You can feel a good stretch on joints relieving some pain. You'd think 10 lb resistance isn't much but you can feel the work you're putting in. Also has a good grip, where it doesn't slip out of your hand.
did not recieve the item ordered. 20lb grip twist. recieved two peices of cheap thin plastic in its place.
