ProsourceFit Flex and Twist Bars Sets and Singles for Occupational Therapy of Joint Injury

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ProsourceFit Flex and Twist Bars 10lb Green Thermoplastic runner (TPR) with rigid surfaces for a non-slip grip, although I did find my hands slipping as they're on the smaller side, I don't think it'd happen if my hands were larger; for reference I can only get my thumb to fully touch my two middle fingers. It does provide an excellent workout or therapy for many parts of the body with simple twists/, bending, rolling of the device. It's lightweight, less than one pound & 12” in length and yet offers 10lbs of resistance in such a small package. I do find rolling it on my aches help relieve those pains and help me relax. The size is easier to implement and use just about any where you'd like, unlike other items that are bulky to use due to weight/size. Feels amazing on the feet as well. Cleans easily, just give it a quick wipe.

I used to be a tennis player and athlete all my life, but fibromyalgia limits my physical stamina and ability. Yoga and free movement are crucial to my mental and physical wellness. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect with this product. I gave four starts because it is what it says. But I thought there'd be more to it. The fact that it says 10 lbs made me think there'd be something about it that would be more like a light workout but it's just something you use if you have issues with your wrists or if you have carpal tunnel. So maybe someday it'd come in handy if I have those issues. I received this product for free for my honest review.

Using this product has helped me regain some of my normal movements and strength back to my hands and wrists that would normally cause me pain. I have also used this as a roller for under my feet while sitting at my desk and it has been great! I will use this for the long haul!

It is very easy to use and can help overused tendons, weakened wrists and to strengthen joints. It's made from thermoplastic rubber and they are elastic. They are small, 12 inches in size. They are great for on the go. I would definitely recommend for athletes or anyone with weakened wrists or joints.

You'd think 10 lb resistance isn't much but you can feel the work you're putting in. Also has a good grip, where it doesn't slip out of your hand.
