Solid
Well made. These are made of what feels like steel. Should last a lifetime ☺. Be aware these are made for " the Rock"... Not for a beginner. We had to return this set and order the 100lb grip ones.

Great quality hand grippers.
I enjoyed them more than I thought/anticipated that I would. They seem to be made well and definitely not of knock off quality. I would consider making more purchases from ProSource in the future again.

Solid Construction
Not only does this grip strengthener provide awesome resistance training for your forearms, but it is also light enough to pack on trips, and the grips are knurled to keep the palms from going soft. Great tool to add to your home gym or take with you on the road.

Uncomfortable.
The hand grips are a severely rough textured metal. They are quit painful on the skin. I will be returning.
