ProsourceFit Ki Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Relieving Back/Neck Pain

Has helped me with back pain and sleep tremendously. I use it nightly as a ritual!

It was a gradual process, but worth it. First time lasted only 6 seconds. Then 30 seconds. Then two minutes. Then five minutes, which admittedly takes some effort. But now I love it.

I have an autoimmune condition and struggle with chronic pain and fatigue and this mat definitely helps with that. I had an old Acushakti mat that my dog had gotten to LOL, but this mat is not only bigger (1-2 more rows of pokers (? - not sure what the proper term is), but the game-changer is the PILLOW!! If you hold tension in your neck/the base of your skull like I do, this is FABULOUS to help relieve the pain and tightness. And to top it all off, the set comes with a handy little tote to store everything in. Such a great little set. Highly recommend for general pain-relief and wellness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On one side of the mat and pillow are acupuncture spikes that once you lay on, it helps relieve various symptoms including soreness. It's not super intense since you use your own body weight. The other side comes without spikes and can be used for floor exercises like sit-ups.

I have been dealing with soreness, pain and stiffness. It does give me the relaxation that I need when I use the mat and pillow set. It made with natural coconut fiber filling which is made it better.

However, the pillow came in handy because I was able to elevate my feet while using it. At first, it was a little painful but I got use to the tiny pricking feeling. I am not sure if it help my foot pain much but it didn't make it worse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it is pretty spikey, once you get yourself situated it just kind of calms and relaxes you. I feel like you would have to be willing to lay on it for a good amount of time to see good benefits from it, but it's definitely worth a try!

I've only tried once or twice, so I do not know how effective it is. I can't get past the hardness. And as for pain relief will have to keep trying to see.
