ProsourceFit Metal D-Ring 8 Ft Yoga Strap for Support & Stretching

This strap works well, and I like it being 100% cotton. It's not as substantial as some I've used, but it works fine and for the money, it's a great value. As grays and tans are so boring, the bright pink color is fun and invigorating!

This strap was suggested to me by my physical therapist, and it has worked great as a simple, daily tool to increase the range of motion of my hips and thighs. It's sturdy and it will last a long time. I recommend it.

Good strong strap for the price!

The yoga strap has the advantage of holding my knee and leg in position as I use it to increase the backwards bend of my knees. I previously used a theraband which was helpful, but the strap is better for maintaining the position.
