ProsourceFit Single Stackable Resistance Bands with Door Anchor and Exercise Guide, 5-8 lb

These are easy to put in the door jam and actually fun to use. They help me get started exercising because I look forward to using the bands first and then work my way up to weights. I'm exercising much more now.

The ProSource Tube Resistance Bands Set with Attached Handles is a fantastic at home work out. I recently joined a gym in July. I can not always get there so these band definitely help with doing some at home workouts. Firstly, please note when you receive the bands they smell horrible. They have an overpowering rubber smell. I left mine outside for a day to air out and still, they smelled. So I left them in my garage for a week to air out further before bringing them in to use. Obviously, any rubber will always have that strong odor. Once they aired out I brought them in and tried them out. There are 5 bands giving varying resistances. Thinner giving the least and thicker giving the greatest. Upon using them you might be confused like I was about what you could do with them besides the 1 exercises that I could only think of that came to mind. However, the included booklet with actual diagrams gives so many different ways to use them. It even tells you Myths and Facts about useful information from calories to metabolism. It gives useful tips on exercising. I can really feel the burn in my arms when I am done with my workout. I am very delighted and can't wait to try all the exercises. I am a 38-year-old female and will be buying a set for my Mother in her 60's who can't go to the gym due to medical reasons. I believe she will love these bands too.

I workout at home daily so I was very excited to give this product a try. I usually use free weights for my strength training and I thought the resistance bands would give me something extra to change it up. They did not disappoint! The are well made. The rubber is thick and durable and the handles are comfortable and strong. I like the various levels of resistance they provide, making them great for any level of fitness as well as for various activities at my level. I can use a different band for legs versus triceps, etc. The insert that comes with the product also gives some great set ideas to get started. I appreciate the drawstring carrying bag as well so you can take these with you. They would be a great option for someone who travels. After using them the first time, I felt a bit sore and definitely felt they were working my muscle groups well. Great product.

With my bad knees and carpal tunnel, I have been directed to do more strength training. These bands are perfect. There are a variety of exercises that can be completed in the home. They came in a ProSource bag and there are a variety I'd colors with each depicting a different weight. Perfect for a workout while watching TV.

I would highly recommend this set. It has five different tension bands, which makes it easy for you to pick what's right for you. It comes with a very helpful manual and a bag to keep all your bands together. It's great for beginners. It's an excellent way to get fit, in the convenience of your own home.

This is a great set. I love the fact that there are 5 bands, as some other sets only have 4. So far, I have only used the yellow band, as I'm pregnant and taking it a little easier, but it worked great. It's crazy how you can feel like you get in a good workout with such a simple product, but it does work! The bag that came with these is also great for storage. It holds all bands nicely, and seems very durable.

The exercise set and guide is easy to use to strengthen my upper and lower body. I use the door anchor with stretch tube work my arms and lie down on a mat to do leg stretches. It supports my leg stretching instead of doing regular way. Easy to carry case to take wherever you go. Would Recommend.

Our 8 year old daughter does online school. With homeschooling a child, you still have PE. We have a very large yard and swing set, but, we needed more for her. So, I looked up excising for kids with bands and found sites to help us. These bands have been a huge help to her physical education. Our daughter is the size of a 12 year old girl, remember this. These bands stretch nicely with her. The only problem I have with the bands is that the string on the bag came undone and I cannot get it back in the knot. This set is perfect for a home schooled child's physical education. I highly recommend this set for your short people!

Needing these for some light shoulder work. It's actually a pretty decent kit. Seems to be well made. Only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is that they only give you one door jam loop. If that gets lost, you'll have to make your own. Two might be a better option here. But the kit is really good.

I am a senior and hoped this would be a good piece of exercise equipment. There are several exercises that I would not be able to do. So I will have to return it.
