ProsourceFit Speed Agility Ladder for Speed Training and Sports Agility

Got this for my 6 year old to practice football drills for his first year of football. Very easy to use and set up and also very easy cleanup.

took this for packing in my suitcase to get a work out while traveling. light and compact, does the job. plenty of length.

My grandson wanted this for Christmas! He is gonna be ecstatic. Cant wait to see him in action using it to train for football!

Easy to assemble and just roll it up to keep after using. The quality is good as well.

Absolutely love it. I have been looking for one that is a combination of a quality product at an affordable price and this is definitely it. Could not be more please with it.

I got this to review for my son he is really into fitness and working out so I thought he would love this however I was wrong. He said it is just weird and not his cup of tea. He tried to use it even watched videos on how to use it and found it just made working out harder than it needed to be. I think if you are really into fitness and agility training this would be perfect for you. For just the everyday person that exercises though it is a little over the top. Quality is great so as far as that goes I give it 5 stars.

My son is in football and this is a great addition to his routine. It's easy to use, easy to store and easy to take along. The bag is great so the ladder isn't lying around or getting tangled up with other things.

Basically, this product is a ladder where you lay it flat on the ground. (Treat it kind of like a hopscotch on the ground). You use it as a guidance to exercise (focusing on speed/agility). If you want to improve your speed, agility, and cardio capacity, this ladder can greatly help you. According to the product description, these speed ladders are very popular among coaches, athletes, and gyms for years due to their ability to make athletes better at foot-work, quick directional changes, and intense workouts. I am no athlete, so to be completely honest, the reason I wanted to use this ladder was simply because it provides some type of guidance/purpose for me when I am running. By using this ladder, it made workouts more fun and with a purpose. I usually do about ten rounds (from start to end) using this ladder. But if you take your exercising more seriously, you can do a variety of drills with this ladder (e.g. high knees, lateral hops, cariocas, squat hops, shuffle steps and more). Overall, I recommend this product.

Cheaply made. It's hard to unroll and reroll the item back in to its bag. The ladder also gets tangled up into itself making it take longer than it should to get it ready to use.
