ProsourceFit Yoga Knee Support Pads (Set of 2), Knee Pad for Balance and Stability

I was very happy with the relief I obtained when I used these pads during my yoga workout. I felt less stress and discomfort on my wrists. I am thinking you could probably use them for your elbows and knees as well. 👍🏼👍🏼

If you turn these upside down your knees will have more cushion. Works.

The product is unbelievably comfortable under the knees, however one of mine had the coating flake off. Rather annoying and messy but does not impact the phenomenal comfort of the product.

These knee pads have added great protection to my knees during my yoga session. Great amount of protection but not ever bearing. They are easy to clean and light weight

These are much thinner than I expected, better than nothing but feel like a folded washcloth under my knee provides the same cushioning and I don't have to spend extra money on equipment.
