ProsourceFit Yoga Wheel for Stretching/Support for Yoga Poses & Backbends

I have had it for a week and have used it multiple times a day to stretch out my back and it feels great and gives me cracks in right places! Highly recommend. I want to get another for at work.

We've been getting into yoga, and my husband and I have back issues, so the ProSource Yoga Wheel seemed to be exactly what we needed. It is great for stretching your spine, and it comes with a handy little booklet of yoga poses. Our daughter loves to use it to roll around the living room, too. I've been doing “Toddler Yoga” with her, and the yoga wheel just adds a little extra bit of support for me because my balance is a little off due to inner ear issues. It is about 12 inches in diameter on the inside, and it has a nice, soft tire-like tread for stability and comfort. The inner wheel is very sturdy for my husband and I to use to stretch our backs, and we are not slender people. We will definitely use the ProSource yoga wheel for a long time to come.

I have taken a few yoga classes but am by no means a expierenced yogi. At the end of the day my back is usually very sore so I figured trying anything would help and stretches only make you stronger so I thought I couldn't go wrong. The wheel is nicely cushioned so your back or arms are comfortable while using the product. In the package you receive the wheel and a small booklet of different ways to use the wheel. Which I really appreciated because I had no idea how to use the wheel and how to use it correctly so I don't injure myself. I started by trying a simple stretch, the backbend assist. You can immediately feel the stretches and them working properly when you follow the guide instructions. Some of the stretches in the book are for very advanced yogis, like the headstand assist and the plow pose. I wouldn't try those unless you know what you are doing. But if you are like me the simpler stretches are easier and feel great! I will continue to use and look further on the internet and YouTube for more ways to use the wheel to my advantage.

I was excited to try this exercise equipment out because I've never used one before. It has not disappointed and held up to "exercise" and "play". Good quality, easy to use!

Great product! I constantly have my ribs sublux (slip out of place) and for the past several months of use, 9 times outta 10 I can actually get them to pop back into place with the use of this wheel! It's saved $$$ on chiropractic appts. WELL worth the money.

I heard all kinds of cracks and pops when I laid my back on the wheel. I also applied my hands and stretched my shoulders and tight upper back. For me, this worked in a way that is similar to my gosh roller where is b use it to stretch it parts of my tight back. I could also see this willing well as a hip opener. My son enjoys playing with it too. He seemed his body through it and rolls it around the floor.

The ProSource Yoga Wheel is a very helpful addition to my yoga routine. The tool allows for stretching and support. The wheel is made a high quality and sturdy material. I found it easy to wipe down and clean up after my work out. It was also light enough to transport to and from the studio. Before having this wheel I used makeshift items around the house to help with stretching and bends, I am actually happy to have a tool built for the purpose.

Absolutely beautiful! Everything about this wheel is quality. The wheel holds sturdy under my weight absolutely no give (I'm 140lbs) the tread is thick and durable. Everything is put together incredibly well. Some of my friends have wheels from other companies and the tread is either cut horribly or attached funky. So I am very happy with how well this one is put together. The exercise manual on how to use the wheel is incredibly helpful Just what I needed. Doesn't take up much space. Looks good even if left out. Very good quality. Went to YouTube for many videos. I've been applying the wheel to the tutorial videos on YouTube and getting the back to be more flexible so the downward dog into the cobra can get me arched to be able to look straight up. The shoulder stretching to plank position, etc., makes this a joy. Using for pain in thigh, seems to help already. Bought many things rollers & such, this the cheapest & best yet. I'm thinking of getting as holiday gifts.

My girlfriend and I both do yoga a few times a week, and this is a good addition to the workout. The size of the wheel was a bit bigger than expected and was uncomfortable using it for the first week or two. After getting used to it however the wheel has helped a lot with stretching. The material is high quality. It's wrapped in a yoga mat type of material, and there's no chance of the metal wheel itself breaking. Overall it's a decent yoga wheel!

I didnt get this for it's intended purpose but what I got it for it Definitely worked for me. I have upper and sometimes lower back Pain which at times can make it hard for me to do anything. I saw this and thought it may help me. It's kinda tricky to get on Comfortable the first few times but then I just pushed with my feet And rolled it up and down my back and it popped several times. And my back has felt much better.
