Ingredients are all natural and the capsules are easy to swallow there is no taste or aftertaste

I can't recommend this based on my experience, but also didn't feel the need for prostate improvement prior to taking this, so perhaps I'm not the ideal reviewer.

I feel like this is one of those products that with long-term use could be beneficial. There was no weird aftertaste and they were easy to get down. The packaging was as expected easy to open, easy to access. I feel like it would be easier to provide a more in-depth review if the sample was for a longer period of time.

At 52, with the usual life changes that come with age, I didn't notice any significant results from this product. While I won't be recommending it, it could still work for someone else. You never know!
