ProStretch CoreStretch, Adjustable Back Stretcher & Physical Therapy Tool for Pain Relief and Stretching

I used one of these at my chiropractor a few years ago. I LOVE IT! It's adjustable so it is really easy to use for everyone. The booklet that comes with it shows different stretches and what muscles It's for. Anyone with back issues should definitely try this stretcher.

As a former active athlete that ultimately turned recreational golfer, I have endured lower back pain for many years. My sleeping habits attribute to this as well and I finally realized that waking up on a daily basis with lower back tightness and pain was no way to enjoy life. I stretch but am limited on the type of stretching to achieve specific lower back relief. After trying the CoreStretch for the first time, I knew that there would be an immediate benefit. The device is easy to use, my back pain has resided and now I use the Corestretch each morning for preventative therapy. I have noticed that my golf swing has improved and my endurance to stay active is much greater. I believe in the CoreStretch and would recommend it to anyone that wishes to improve their quality of life and continue to enjoy athletics.

OMG so amazing and will be using every single day. I suffer from intractable nerve compression throughout most of my spinal column,plus have stenosis in my lumbar area which really challenges mobility. I found relief the first ten minutes of trying out the various positions and stretches. Usually by the end of the afternoon, I struggle to evrn stay upright due to the crushing pain that triggers spasms and mobility imbalances because gravitational pull is just too intense. I used to be able to stand in one place for hours on end with not even thinking about it. This ingenious device did exactly what I hoped it could do for me. Its like having a PT in house whenever you want some effective support for pain relief and help to lengthen and strengthen core ligaments and muscle tissue. Worth Every penny !

Works very well for this 73 year old body. Easy and safe to use and seems well constructed. I like it so much I made this second purchase in case in the future it is discontinued or if I loan the first one out and they refuse to give it back because it works so well! Strongly Recommended! I am a personal trainer and work in a chiropractor's office. The CoreStretch was something I had never seen or heard of before, but now after using it myself it is essential. I use it with every client of mine to give them a stretch they couldn't typically get. I highly recommend it to anyone with back and hamstring tightness!

We have been using the CoreStretch in our clinic for the last two years and have had amazing results clearing out multiple fascial distortions and improving patient outcomes. Very impressed and happy with the effectiveness of the stretcher. very cost-effective. It's easy to store, and is collapsible So that you can save even more space in your clinic It's very easy to use, easy to set up. Comfortable With my hands, shoulders, hips, and back. I like how I can add rotation or side bending to the stretch. I love that it helps reduce patients from compensating with excessive thoracic flexion. As an added bonus it feels like it helps stretch out my shoulders into more flexion similar to how the child pose position can benefit shoulders. My purpose for this item was for to provide patients away to stretch their back and hips without having to put pressure on their knees or bending their knees. I also wanted To use it as a way to teach hip Hinging without compensation of the Thoracic spine. I can also see this as a very effective way to help teach Better form for seated/standing hamstring stretches, and figure-4 stretch

I have a bulging L4 disk and a protruding L5 disk. Any of you with disk problems KNOW how they can send all kinds of pain and bad sensations down your legs. People with disk problems also know the best way to relieve your back (no, not surgery or shots) is to keep your core strong, avoid further compression of your disks, and stretching. I find this product to be very helpful in the stretching department. I visit a therapist who uses this device as part of the rehab process. I brought one for myself. This device is EXCELLENT for lengthening my back and helping to get me in longer stretch positions than I could achieve naturally. Anything that separates my disks and lengthens my back provides instant relief for the pressure that the bulges and protrusions place on my lower limb nerves. Highly recommended!

CoreStretch is really good for getting a good hamstring and lower back stretch. Pulling you OVER your legs, CoreStretch does not let you "hunch" when used properly. I started using this for a small pre-run stretch and a longer post-run stretch...and in the last 2 months of using it, I've felt improvements in the tightness in my lower back. Different poses will deepen the stretch for different areas...all in all...i give it two thumbs up and a tool I would recommend if you are like me and hunch for hammie stretches or are lazy about stretching.
