This is the first time using the ProSupps- CreaGEN blend. I noticed after my first set of reps, I was feeling stronger. My 2nd, even my 3 set of reps I was doing them easier with my regular and even heavier set. I feel I am getting better performance out of this Brand and blend, than my last brand I tried. I like the Blue Razz flavor, and my muscles seem to recover better and not hurt. I would recommend it.

Got this to help with my muscle gain and help with my endurance workout. The ingredients are good, and I love that it doesn't only have creatine but also contains hmp, which really helps the muscles. The first time, I used it with cold water, so it didn't dissolve well and was super grainy, but the second time, I used lukewarm water, and it worked like magic. The quality is really amazing & the taste is not that strong is really good.

Works as expected for a creatine, and mixes pretty well for what it is. The added HMB brings in great value and retains my muscles better during my cuts.

I could not be happier with the effects of this product. My workouts are more intense and the results are evident

I purchased this because I had good results from ProSupps with their Mr. Hyde Signature preworkout and wanted a stimulant free version that also has creatine just like Mr. Hyde does. Overall, It's exactly what I was looking for. Would be a 5/5 stars if it tasted better. Once I finish this container, I'll be trying Rocket Pop instead of the Blue Razz.

this product is great for muscle recovery. helping to keep your muscle from breaking down.

I added this supplement to my workout routine for it's supposed benefits like endurance and recovery but I was disappointed to see there was a warning label stating that it's consumption may expose you to lead, a chemical known to cause cancer and other serious health issues. So I discontinued using it.
