great quality product. I don't like water but this BCAA blue raspberry makes me drink water. the taste is amazing and packaged well in a great size tub. The benefits are great all the ingredients I need for diet and fitness,recovery and endurance through my workouts

Premium, Great replacement and recovery, resistance in training following the diet, Bcaa with quality ingredients and great flavor. Good dose size, benefit in training.

I find it has a heavier mouth feel to it than say Muscletech Amino Build which is lighter and is more like coolaid. It mixes well in a shaker cup. It doesn't cause stomach upset. I wish it had Glutamine and Taurine, but I suppose they need to keep the costs down to stay competitive price wise. It's my first jar, so I will see how it goes.

This is not my very favourite BCAA ever, but it's pleasant enough in taste. I do feel a difference in my workouts, like I don't get so thirsty. I can have a small bottle of this instead of a large bottle of plain water. The powder itself is super soft and fine, so it mixes extremely easily!
