This pre-workout has been great and has helped me immensely during my workouts. I take it about 45 minutes before I walk into the gym, and by the time I cross those doors I feel locked in, energized, and ready to go. The focus and intensity it gives me are next level — I honestly feel like Thor when it kicks in. If you're looking for something that delivers serious energy and performance, this one gets it done.

As a avid user of this pre-workout it works really good. I truly like the beta Alamine that's the part that makes you skin feel tingly and itchy. It's like waking your body up from a dead sleep. Taste is good. I recommend any type of pre-workout to go with the blue flavor most times it's a hit you go with the other flavors. It's a mess.

I haven't been lifting or taking supplements for a couple years now, but I bought this to get back into it. With gyms closed, I've found that taking half a scoop immediately before a run is best - it kicks in somewhere around the 15 minute mark and helps me extend my runs and maintain energy and motivation to do my body weight exercises after. If you need motivation, it's perfect. Put on workout clothes, chug it down and just get started - let the powder do the rest.

I`ve been off of pre workout for many years now. Switched jobs that involved longer hours of my day. This product gave me what I needed that spark to make sure I`m able to knockout a workout. Great flavor, not too intense but just perfect and also keeps its the feeling for all of the workout. I`ll be buying more

Got package. product looks expired. Is dark in color... not normal. Clumped up. Plus didn't give me the same energy as previous Hyde products.

The taste is awful, very difficult to drink. I have been working out for 24 years and this is one of the worst pre-workouts I have tried.
