I was feeling full halfway through the package and I tend to eat a lot so that is saying quite a bit. I will definitely buy this and do recommend! 30 g of protein is quite a great deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to add protein to my diet. This shake has 30 grams. It has helped me add protein throughout the day and not unnecessary calories. It's very thick, so I pour mine over ice. I wouldn't say it's just like drinking chocolate milk, but I manage to drink it! lol It has been great for adding protein into my diet in a quick and easy way.

It was very smooth and thick and it actually tasted like chocolate. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are only 5 stars for ratings criteria on Influenster and I can't say 3 (good) and I can't say 2 (poor) but more like a 2.75… Good enough? Anywho, Protality nutrition shake has been sitting in my fridge getting chilled since it arrived. Recommended to drink cold. I drink a lot of different brands after a workout and to keep my protein daily intake up…. Here's the positive: 30 grams of protein per shake, 1 gram of sugar, lots of vitamins and minerals (see photo) easy to toss in a bag for workout outside the home. Cons: Thhe chocolate taste is just not great … and not even good but this could be that I am used for other name brand chocolate protein shakes. I would love to try other flavors from this brand to see if there is a difference but for now I would say it's worth a try but don't be expected to be blown away by taste especially if you are a chocolate fan.

I did like the fact that it wasn't thick like most nutrition shakes. There's nothing different from any other shake of this kind.

The taste was overall good. It's better than some other protein shakes I have tried. I did share it with my husband who regularly drinks protein shakes and he seemed to enjoy it. I am not sure if I would buy this again just because I have found a protein shake that I enjoy and that took me years. It is from the makes of Ensure so it's pretty healthy. It has 30g of protein; 4 grams of fiber, 25 vitamins and minerals; and only 1g of sugar and it's only 150 calories.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein shake is middle of the park. Great macronutrients, and the protein numbers are really good. However, the taste is generally not the greatest and has a pretty strong aftertaste. Sort of chalky feeling afterwards.
