The hat is durable and protective, and fits comfortably on the head of a variety of people. The hard hat is adjustable, with a twisting mechanism that can be used to loosen/tighten the hat depending on the circumference of your head. The hat stays on even when working. I am building a house and might have to buy another for others to use!
