My child needed luggage to transport items home from college for the summer. I ordered these last minute and was not sure if they would be sufficient, but they are a nice size. These suitcases are durable and they held quite a bit of items. They stood the test of transport and survived. These suitcases are reasonable and well constructed.
Traveled out of state, withheld baggage claim great! No dents, wheels good! The check bag is average size but fit enough for a 7 day trip. Shoes/clothes, snow jacket. Carry on great and perfect size for the plane. Color is gorgeous!
needed some suitcases unexpectedly. grabbed these with the hope they'd make it at least one domestic flight, and they did! hoping they continue to stand up (which is alwags a gamble when also considering how they are handled)
Haven't used these for travel yet! They are very light weight, feels kinda flimsy! I do like the color and the overall appearance! Will be using them next week, hope they hold up!
The suitcases roll great and support the contents well. Like the color making it easy to locate on the baggage pick up. Only concern was I placed a hard plastic hang tag on the bottom of my contents and the tag came out of the suitcase slightly curved from the suport bars in the case. This misshaped the tag for a while but it came back to normal shape in a day. So recommend to pack clothing items up against the outsides of the case. Moves great going up the plane aisles and not too heavy to lift into the over head spaces. zipper closure worked smoothly and the ability to place 1 case in the other is a plus for storage.
I purchased another bag that ended up being much too large to handle and returned to purchase this 2-pk for $20 less! So, before I left for my trip, I unexpectedly got to crash-test the large bag and it passed with flying colors! I had it fully packed, waiting at the top of the stairs (15 of them) when someone walked by and the very smooth-operating wheels rolled easily off the edge of the top step and I watched in horror as my brand new bag, packed with my expensive electric hair tools, glass-jarred skin care and make-up among other things literally bounced end over end off of every step on its inaugural solo journey. At the bottom, it slammed into the door and made one last flip to land miraculously upright on its wheels! The only visible damage on the bag was a small dent and scuff of white paint from where it hit the door. I expected at least one set of wheels to be cracked off, having watched them hit the stairs repeatedly as it tumbled, but the entire bag was completely in tact, in seemingly perfect condition (other than the aforementioned and barely noticeable dent - the paint brushed right off). When I opened the bag at my destination I found, not only was everything in perfect condition functional and unbroken, but nothing had even shifted position inside! Needless to say, it instantly became my favorite luggage. My trip was 7 days and I drove, so packed heavier than I would have if I was flying. For capacity reference, I wear women's size 1X-2X/18-20W, shoe size 10. I packed the small bag with 4 pr shoes in individual shoe bags and a large round hairbrush on the strap side, and on the zip side, a pair of short boots in shoe bag, 2 jackets and a long coat, several belts, phone %26 smart watch chargers, and could have fit more, but wanted to leave room to pack new purchases on the way back (which I did - a thick zipup hoodie, Tshirt and mug and still could have easily fit several more objects). The large bag had in the zipper side: 6 blouses, 2 pullover sweaters (1 light, 1 med-weight) 2 lightweight cardigans, 2 pr leggings 2 Tshirts (aka: pj's), 1 pr sweat pants, 8 sets undergarments/socks, my toiletries bag (soft-sided 10" x 8" x 6", packed full). The strap side had 4 pairs of jeans, 1 dress slacks, 2 pullover sweaters and hair drying wand in its large travel case. The only negatives for me was not having a smaller zip pocket inside which would have been nice to keep small and flat objects secures and the trouble I had with rolling the bags due to the smallish wheels at times - they need to be just a little bit larger to minimize the trouble with transferring across different surfaces and rolling on low-pile carpet. Other than that, the wheels spin and roll easily, especially once you get moving. I wheeled both bags together back-to-back %26 love that the handles can be adjusted to the same height to do this so I still had a hand free to pull open doors and hold my phone to show e-passes or to scan the hotel key.
It's ok. Not big. Had to use my old luggage. Not sure if it would hold off although it seems good overall all, it also feels light and flimsy. Not sure it could take airport treatment.
I needed this luggage set for a vacation and extended business trip. It has done well to provide me the space that I needed fir my dual trips. Its kind of plastic-ky and the wheels roll okay as 360 but it pulls great. Basically a good deal for the price.
I used this on a 4 day trip. I traveled by charter bus and it held up pretty well under the bus. it did have some scratches when we arrived, but not too bad. I like the separate zipper compartment. The negative is that it is hard to zip, and the zipper does not seem very good quality. It doesn't feel like it will last long. The material seems poor quality too. I wouldn't trust it on an air trip, as they are rougher with luggage.
Purchased this for an international trip, and I barely made it to the hotel after the first flight before the contents of the luggage fell out. One of the wheels was badly damaged from rolling on the sidewalk. It basically disintegrated and was very worn and bent. The worst part was that the zipper area on the bottom of the luggage became detached. It looks like it was sewn to the rubber edging with one strand of thread. Had to purchase another piece of luggage to return home and abandon this one at the hotel. This luggage would be fine for car road trips, but if you will be flying, skip this set. The color was beautiful, though.
