Protege 20-inch Arendale Rolling Spinner Upright Luggage, Purple

The style, size and the overall look of the rolling suitcase. It?s for a college student so it must have lots of room and be easy to store. This fits my expectations for everything I want.

Because I had ordered a similar suitcase 3 years ago. By the way my in store experience was extremely poor. The original set-up was much better and things were easily accessible now there are very few things on the shelves. Mens items were scarce, luggage only one type of suitcases were lying, medicines shelves much to be desired

rolls so smooth. large, cute colors. wet pocket, many pockets, plenty of room for everything! held over 100 pounds without ripping when we came home after a 3 month long hospital stay in another state! love it, i will be using it every time we go back

I had purchased another suitcase ( same brand at my local walmart which was not worth the money. I already owned a piece of the one I ordered on line and loved it. However my daughter did too so I had to replace it. Great quality and price was lower than in the store.

great carry on! if stuffed with clothes and the zipper to extend the bag are used, be aware that the suitcase might not fit in the overhead on the plane. I had a little bit of trouble with this, but otherwise this carry on is really perfect! Super easy to wheel around, effortlessly!

New case not used yet, but previous case was a Protege 18" and has been on many trips overseas and stood up very well until handle gave out. Original cost me just over $20.00 about 10 years ago ! I was well pleased with original and am hoping for same with new one.

Due to the prior reviews and price I purchased two of these nine months ago. And I took my first trip two months ago to Asia. Upon returning one wheel was dislodged from the center and became immovable. Took to Walmart they said nothing they could do. They were unable to locate manufacturers customer service phone number. Overall nice luggage but without rollers working it's useless. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

nice size luggage but wheels not big enough to support the size and weight of this large size luggage, hard to navigate through the airport. unfortunate because I have the small and medium size.

I think the suitcase itself is fine. The issue was that I believe that Walmart sent me a used suitcase. It had a black, tarry substance on the side. It looked worn. Even some of the threads in the seams were worn. I don't have time to return it because I need it this weekend. They offered me a $10 promo code. Great (insert sarcasm), considering I'll probably need to buy a new one within the year.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order was placed on 02.25.23, I was sent a confirmation that I would receive the luggage on 02.26.23. On 02 27.23I received an email stating the order will arrive later than planned. On 12.28.23, I receive an email %26 text that my order was out of stock, %26 canceled. to me, this was unacceptable customer service. I feel your company should have known you were out of stock before I placed my order. You really put me in a bind, as I needed this luggage by Tuesday 03.07.23
