I love the fact it comes in a set and mainly the reasonable price. It did have a weird smell I wiped it down with some disinfectant wipes and let it sit overnight and the next day the smell was gone. But other than that, I like the set it comes with three a weird smell I wiped it down with some disinfectant wipes and let it sit overnight and the next day the smell was gone. But other than that, I like the set.
A bit flimsy feeling, but held up beyond my expectations on a long trip, stuffed full and heavier with things than I should've packed them. I was pleasantly surprised that neither the duffel nor the small bag ripped or frayed despite how thin they feel. Very roomy and a great bargain price for a set that covers multiple luggage needs. Wouldn't keep anything fragile in them, there's no cushion or padding and the fabric is relatively thin and loose, and be wary of too much weight in the bags, but mine haven't ripped despite the heavy weight I put in them. The trunk is light weight despite its size but the inner structure doesn't feel like it's going to snap or come loose easily. Wheels on the trunk worked better and are as sturdy as my more expensive luggage. I don't imagine them lasting for years and years, but I got them last minute and didn't want to spend much money, and I think I'll be getting quite a bit more use out of them than I expected, so it was well worth the reasonable price.
Bought these for our grandkids for Christmas. The wheels on the larger one wont roll easily, so it had to be dragged through the airport - then we were given a hard time by staff because of the dragging of the wheels.

the stitching was sub par. the stitching stretched and broke the first time that i used it. you get what you pay for is true. thought i was getting a good deal. and i didn't. Don't look to get your money's with from this product especially if your luggage goes on a plane. if it's tasted tough, it won't last. inferior
What should have been a routine purchase turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated experience due to pricing policies and inventory system limitations. I originally purchased the item in-store and only discovered at checkout that the advertised sale price applied exclusively to online purchases. That detail was not clearly communicated beforehand. Although inconvenient, I chose to return the item and repurchase it online to receive the sale price. After completing the return, I attempted to reorder it online, but the item had been the last one in stock. Even though it was physically back in the store, the inventory system did not immediately reflect it as available. From a customer perspective, that disconnect is difficult to understand. The product was back in the building, yet the system showed it as unavailable, preventing me from ordering it. I waited until it appeared back in stock online and immediately placed the order. I paid and assumed the issue was resolved. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating the item was not available and that I would need to accept a substitute. This was especially frustrating because I had purchased and returned the exact item and knew it was physically present in the store. Being told I could not buy that same item online at the sale price and would instead need a substitute highlights a clear disconnect between physical inventory and the online system. Rather than allowing a simple in-store price adjustment or directly tying the returned inventory to my online order, I had to return the item, wait for the system to update, reorder it, pay again, and then address a substitution notice. From both a customer service and operational standpoint, this process seems inefficient. Shipping the item to my home would likely cost more than honoring the sale price at the store. The frustration was with the system and policy structure, not the staff. The associate who handled curbside pickup was prompt, professional, and efficient. He came out quickly, scanned the barcode, and completed the process smoothly. In summary, the pickup experience was excellent, but the purchasing process leading up to it was unnecessarily complicated and could benefit from clearer communication and more flexible inventory handling.
i ordered a 4 piece set for $49.42- they sent a message that the 4 piece wasnt available and they could substitute the 3 piece- i said ok. now they are charging me more ($12.11). why would i pay MORE for LESS luggage- i only agreed to the substitution because it was supposed to be the same price.
this is is a horrible suitcase. i needed a suitcase for an emergency trip. this was the only one available right now. the rest were shipping 3 days. the wheels are a mess. i had to rush from gate to gate and it kept flipping over. i am so not happy with this at all....
false advertisement, in describtio it said a 20, 24 and 28 inches . when i received my purchase it was a 20, inch carry on a 14inch bag an another small bag. please change the product decribtion on site. i was very disappointed 😞 😔
The pull along luggage materiel was thick durable and like regular cloth luggage. The duffle bag and toiletry bag was made of crinkle, thin and cheap paper fabric. Returned immediately!
