Bought it for my Mom's upcoming visit to Argentina. Small package, works as promised. No complaints so far! Loved the drive-up service at my local Superstore. Efficient communication via text message. Same day service available, I highly recommend it!
Lucky it was in stock at the store because I remembered at the last minute my son would need it going to Germany the next day. Note to foreign travelers, always write it first on your to do list if you're going abroad and have electronic devices to take, you will need it and a possibly a voltage adapter, depending on what device you're taking. Cells and laptops don't need one though. We tested it before leaving and everything was good. Works in German outlets. Buying it online and picking up in store saved me 50%, too, which was great.
I had the chance to use this adapter for the first time. While it is a little bigger than a typical adapter, it is nice to be able to travel to countries with different plug types and not have to carry multiple adapters. I also like the lights that confirm that you have power, and what the voltage is. All in all, a pretty handy thing to have if you travel to different countries.
We were headed to Paris and I needed to ensure I could charge all of the devices we were taking. I saw many others that were much more expensive, but this one that was relatively inexpensive met my needs and expectations.
Just used this outlet converter in the UK and even on the airplane home. Works perfectly, we saw basically identical ones in the UK for sale for £40.00… so for less than $8.00 these were a steal! Get them if you are planning international travel.
Bought it as a gift for my sister as she was traveling to London. She tells me it's working out great.
Good price and good value. It worked perfectly for our purpose. The only drawback is the %23 of devices it can hold at once and the size of the adaptor.
This outlet works fine in New Zealand and also a New Zealand plug in the US. But the problem is that the prongs keep retracting into the device when I'm trying to plug it in. You have to hold the two side switches while plugging it in which is a hassle. It was not easy to use on my trip.
This outlet was purchased to use in Korea. However most Korean outlets are recessed, so this would not fit. I had to purchase one in Korea that would fit.
Got this and it just worked once that was the day I received it. The next day it never came up. Dont even know if I can return it.
