Protege Arendale 20" Softside Expandable Rolling Spinner Carry-On Luggage, Purple

After comparing several similar, soft-sided, carry-on bags, this item was exactly as advertised and a great value. I never intended to use it frequently, but the quality and construction, as well as the features of several inside and outside pockets, are great.

I have been holding off for about 10 years to buy a new suitcase- and I really wanted one with swivel wheels to make traveling through plane aisles easier. The travel pro fit JetBlue and Delta size guidelines for carry-on. Easily fit clothing, shoes, toiletries and souvenirs for a 1 week trip. I withheld one star because tips over easily. Not sure if it's a design flaw or just defies the laws of physics to have a tall narrow bag carry that much. But it would be a 10 out of 10 if it didn't tip over.

I purchased this online and had it delivered to my house for my husband to travel back home to visit my family. It was a wonderful addition to our trip. It highly exceeded my expectations. I'm actually jealous of this bag as his is now better than mine. It has a lot of pockets that are extremely useful and very durable. He commented on really enjoying the inside wet pocket for his dirty clothes and wet swimsuit. The wheels were by far the most important and exceeded my expectations because they do turn in all directions and you can easily move the bag around the airport, especially up and down the escalators. I highly recommend this bag.

This carry-on sized luggage is of good quality, rolls great and has great compartments for every travel need.

This suitcase is easy to roll, great size, and fits all my stuff with extra room to add trinkets picked up along the way. Very good quality!

Has the right size for carry on. Zips and wheels work flawlessly. no weird smells or defects founds.

This suitcase was perfect; the size, the spinner wheels, the space inside for my clothes. The only thing missing were instructions on how to fasten the belts inside the suitcase.

This carry-on is not balanced when you put your laptop in the padded case for it. It will easily fall over instead of balancing on its 4 wheels. I thought it would be helpful when flying alone. I'm in a wheelchair and while trying to pull it along beside me, it would frequently fall over forward.

Misleading dimensions on website. Actual size is 23 inches from top of suitcase to bottom of wheels. Delta and American Airlines have a maximum height requirement of 22 inches for carry-on luggage. Also, the wheels should be made of higher quality material.
