it's the TWA standards for carry-on luggage the store associates that brought it out to curbside was very friendly I had a good experience being the first time I had used curbside service for pickup it's pretty lightweight we'll see how the wheels hold up seems to have plenty of room for a 5-day trip

Perfect size for my trip to Florida recently because all I needed for down there were plenty of shorts and T-Shirts no winter clothes on this trip. Sturdy enough construction as long as you don't be to rough considering the price but definitely a good product and perfect price wasn't about to pay 40 dollars to check a bag on American Airlines. The wheels worked very well and the space was plentiful for what I was packing.

This suite case was great for our week vacation. It fitted a week's worth of clothes for me and my husband. Plus the extra items. You can even extend it to make it deeper. Was easy to roll around also. Is very sturdy. I recommend this product if you are looking for a suite case that will lady and with stand traveling.

The best part of this item is the speed at which it was delivered to us. We arrived in our hotel in Anchorage after several days touring Alaska and had over two weeks left in our vacation. When our luggage arrived, it was missing a wheel and there was a hole in it! Without a car, we didn't know what to do, so I went to Walmart's app, found this piece and within an hour, it was delivered to our hotel! It got us the rest of the way--2 more days on land, a cruise and a train ride home to Michigan which included a stop in Montana for a few days. We couldn't have done it otherwise! The size is perfect and held everything that was in our damaged suitcase.

The main thing I disliked was that it was only avaliable for shipping and even though shipping was free, the price of the luggage was $15 higher to ship it to my house near Charlotte than when I shipped it to an address about 40 miles further away. (Glad I had an alternate address I could use to get it at the lower price). The luggage is as expected, at a reasonable price, and within the dimensions I needed for a bus tour in Italy.

this luggage fit my needs perfectly. it was roomy and performed fine. I can see how others said the lid is too filmsy for hard international travel with the lid tearing off. it is thin fabric there. beyond this exception this thing was an amazing buy for a unbeatable price.

If you're expecting this to stand upright when full, think again. It falls on its face even with heavy items in the back (bottom). It's not properly balanced. Otherwise it's sturdy, it's a good value, handles are heavy duty. It's easy enough to carry with the top or side handle.

I got this suitcase so I could have extra stuff to take on the plane with me. It was very lopsided it always kept trying to fall forward. The second time I used it to take a bus and I was about to leave the handle stopped working on the right side and then it got jammed and then it just didn't work anymore so I ended up throwing it away and buying a suitcase from JCPenney.

I had to order it twice. I used the wrong address the first time and your system would only allow me to correct the address for future orders. So we cancelled the first order and placed a second order. PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEM OR i WILL NOT BE USING OLINE ORDERING AT WALMART. The item was quite good and has been used already.

I didn't apply to reimbursement and took it back to the the store only because I had a flight the next day. It isn't usable.It has main factory defects like too short legs on the front side of luggage. Because of it can't stand by itself without falling if you don't hold it with hands.
