It is exactly what I expected in terms of quality vs. price. There is a slight issue with one of the zippers, where there's a break and causes it to come off, but it's not in a bad spot and I'm able to work around it. Not Walmarts fault, looks like a manufacturer defect. Not a big deal

Walmart saved our vacation!
The best part of this item is the speed at which it was delivered to us. We arrived in our hotel in Anchorage after several days touring Alaska and had over two weeks left in our vacation. When our luggage arrived, it was missing a wheel and there was a hole in it! Without a car, we didn't know what to do, so I went to Walmart's app, found this piece and within an hour, it was delivered to our hotel! It got us the rest of the way--2 more days on land, a cruise and a train ride home to Michigan which included a stop in Montana for a few days. We couldn't have done it otherwise! The size is perfect and held everything that was in our damaged suitcase.

PERFECT
Perfect size for my trip to Florida recently because all I needed for down there were plenty of shorts and T-Shirts no winter clothes on this trip. Sturdy enough construction as long as you don't be to rough considering the price but definitely a good product and perfect price wasn't about to pay 40 dollars to check a bag on American Airlines. The wheels worked very well and the space was plentiful for what I was packing.

Sweet Piece of Lugguage!
I love this luggage! It is perfect for my needs. I packed both my clothes %26 my husband's clothes in it, along with toiletries and ither items. The 28 inch luggage piece was perfect for both of us. Love it and I highly recommend!

I was looking for an inexpensive piece of luggage the wouldn't be used too often but that would fit the requirements of carry on for airlines. This was pretty much just what I was looking for.

Cheaply produced trash
I got this suitcase so I could have extra stuff to take on the plane with me. It was very lopsided it always kept trying to fall forward. The second time I used it to take a bus and I was about to leave the handle stopped working on the right side and then it got jammed and then it just didn't work anymore so I ended up throwing it away and buying a suitcase from JCPenney.

unable pull beside, had to drag from behind,. damaged on arrival cord around bottom, couple thin wood planks for back-worrieed break. Didn't. good zzips, pockets, roomy, handle on side.

it has factory defects
I didn't apply to reimbursement and took it back to the the store only because I had a flight the next day. It isn't usable.It has main factory defects like too short legs on the front side of luggage. Because of it can't stand by itself without falling if you don't hold it with hands.

The first time we used this, the front zipper came off so we couldn't use the front pocket. Will try to get a refund or replacement. If you are flying somewhere, I recommend not putting anything in the front pocket just in case.
