Protege Softside Luggage Set, TSA Approved, 3 Pieces

I received this item the shopper didn't care that it was a return with discoloration which is horrible for me my trip is scheduled for tomorrow so thanks alot everyone online shopping is OK but if you want to do things right shop for yourselves

I. purchased this for my son's birthday gift. I received it. n very thin material ,cheap made I am not happy with paying 57$ and it was very poorly made. not worth the money at all.

Like the color although I thought that I ordered the gray one but this one I like it better, my favorite color is blue. Looking forward to buy from WALMART again. Great item, thanks guys.

The suitcase easily rolls and holds enough for mini vacation. The duffle bag and laptop case are great for traveling. Beautiful purple color, so lovely!

The delivery was unprofessional, it was put by my door according to the picture but when I got home about an hour later it was in the grass by my shed and maybe it rolled there but the driver should have put it on the side so it wouldn't…not happy

duffel bag ripped from the steams with not even 2-3lbs of clothing.. NOT able use at all for my work trip!! and the smallest carrier the 3 piece- wasn't even in the suitcase after getting home and opening the luggage!!

I originally purchased the item in-store and only discovered at checkout that the advertised sale price applied exclusively to online purchases. That detail was not clearly communicated beforehand. Although inconvenient, I chose to return the item and repurchase it online to receive the sale price. After completing the return, I attempted to reorder it online, but the item had been the last one in stock. Even though it was physically back in the store, the inventory system did not immediately reflect it as available. From a customer perspective, that disconnect is difficult to understand. The product was back in the building, yet the system showed it as unavailable, preventing me from ordering it. I waited until it appeared back in stock online and immediately placed the order. I paid and assumed the issue was resolved. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating the item was not available and that I would need to accept a substitute. This was especially frustrating because I had purchased and returned the exact item and knew it was physically present in the store. Being told I could not buy that same item online at the sale price and would instead need a substitute highlights a clear disconnect between physical inventory and the online system. Rather than allowing a simple in-store price adjustment or directly tying the returned inventory to my online order, I had to return the item, wait for the system to update, reorder it, pay again, and then address a substitution notice. From both a customer service and operational standpoint, this process seems inefficient. Shipping the item to my home would likely cost more than honoring the sale price at the store. The frustration was with the system and policy structure, not the staff. The associate who handled curbside pickup was prompt, professional, and efficient. He came out quickly, scanned the barcode, and completed the process smoothly. In summary, the pickup experience was excellent, but the purchasing process leading up to it was unnecessarily complicated and could benefit from clearer communication and more flexible inventory handling.

i ordered a 4 piece set for $49.42- they sent a message that the 4 piece wasnt available and they could substitute the 3 piece- i said ok. now they are charging me more ($12.11). why would i pay MORE for LESS luggage- i only agreed to the substitution because it was supposed to be the same price.

Nice luggage set! Comes with three bags. Small medium and your suitcase of course. It's decent! And rolls and all attaches together. It's black.

The material is thin. It tore after 2 uses. The zippers of the duffle bag came undone, can no longer use. Material needs to be upgraded.
