Exactly as pictured and exactly what I needed! It works fine so far, it was a really good price when I bought it. The size and weight are great for carry on travel.

Sturdy. Spinning wheels for easy maneuvering. Expandable zipper. The 20" don't have the side supports (legs) that the 24" ones do, but that's not a big deal. Purchased 3 (20" x 2 and a 24") for multiple road trips cross-country and they've held up fine. The 20" can hold about 5-7 women's sweaters and 5 pairs of women's pants. I'd recommend sizing up to the 24" if you're a large person. So many companies have bought out their competitors and cheapened their products, it doesn't make sense anymore to spend top dollar on "quality products" because most are made by the same manufacturers anyway. These have worked just as good or better than more expensive luggage cases we've owned.

We purchased this on Black Friday and used it the very next weekend, Great quality for the money. The wheels and handle worked perfectly and it fit great in the overhead bin. Highly recommend this to all travellers that need a luggage bag that is easy to use and fits easily on the airplane.

I was actually happily surprised by this carry-on luggage. I had ordered something similar from Amazon and returned it because it didn't have inner pockets. This was the perfect size, perfect pockets, and rolled easily at the airport. Its expandable so I was able to get everything inside- I will buy again for my son and daughter- The value for the price was perfect!

Purchased in an emergency situation and it was amazing. We went through Walmart and it was delivered in under an hour. We were flying. Under protective custody at the time. So extreme emergency. It totally blended. Rolled better than anything I had ever purchased over my 68 years of age. On perk we would have liked and it wasn’t needed but you know us girls… we would have loved it in pink. The person it was purchased for had to live out of it a couple of months and it worked very well for them.

I had to make a last minute and. quick trip to California. I need something to take on and for it to go over head. It was perfect. Size and quilty. I was able to pack a weed worth of clothes and two pairs of shoes. I used another carry on for all my bag for all my girly things. Hair and Makeup stuff. I really love the suitcase.

Awesome luggage at an exceptional price! We traveled from Florida to Vermont, and those airport folks are not the gentlest with checked baggage. This piece came through the round trip, looking good as new! Highly recommend. And the expandable feature is a must have for the trip back!!

Suitcase looks nice in color but is cheaply made. Why is the handle so short? If I was any taller I wouldn’t be able to reach the handle. The handle does not extend. I’ve never seen that before and I’d I would’ve known this, I would have never ordered it. Horrible

I actually like the product. Looks like a sturdy luggage and would be just the thing I need for my trip. I would have given 5stars for the product BUT Walmart service sucks!! I ordered it online and pick up at local Walmart. It was in the back of my car and when I got home to check on it. There was scuffed marks and dented in the bottom. I can’t believe they brought it out of my car in that condition. They could have said mam, this is damage. I have a diffeeent color available that’s in good condition would you want to switch? That would have been good freaking service!!!!???

Got two of these suitcases on Friday, packed them for a trip on Saturday, then discovered the pull-up handle on one doesn’t work at all and the handle on the other one is the flimsiest I’ve ever seen. No way it’s gonna last more than a couple trips. This suitcase is absolute junk.
