I purchased the strawberry banana flavor. I have to admit it is not the best tasting or smelling. I tried mixing it with water and the taste was still bad. I am able to mix it with fruit juice diluted with water with slices of lemon or lime, and the taste is fine. It's not convenient for me to always eat the required amounts of protein every day so this makes it easier for me to get that extra protein in. I will be ordering this again.

Most collagen supplements don't add tryptophan to make a complete protein, but this one does. It's also inexpensive, when you consider only 2 tablespoons for 18 grams of protein. Added to a huge glass of water, it's hydrating too.

I'm on my 4th purchase this program I love it.

Severely malnourished from an undiagnosed digestive disorder, I had to have major spinal surgery involving 4 disks with titanium elevators, rods, screws and pins. My wife started giving me the P-18 three (3) times/day about one month before my surgery. I was not convinced until I asked my neurosurgeon about this and he highly agreed with using this product along with the high dosage amounts. It has been 1 1/2 months since my surgery and the progress is remarkable. Though still in pain from the surgery, I can attest that I have not lost muscle mass, strength, hair loss, etc. from this very complicated & long nine (9) hour surgery. I give credit to taking P-18 one month before my surgery... Thanks for making a great product !!!!!

I struggle managing to drink an 11oz protein shake so this is a much better alternative for me. I haven't tried any protein supplements I thought were delicious but this tastes good, but even if it didn't I'd still take it over an entire shake anyday.

It's a concentrated strong syrup with intense flavor. I recommend adding to a water bottle and shaking vigorously to dilute a bit. Other than that, very good!

Very thick and the watermelon flavor is very sweet. Will try a different flavor once the watermelon is used up.

The so called Pina colada is horrible. It smells like rotting stinking shoes from a teenage boy's locker room! 🤢🤮 which makes it hard to drink. Literally have to hold my nose to get it down. But the nasty smell stays in you mouth!! absolutely the worst protein flavor ever! I have tried mixing it , shooting it down fast, nothing but the trash is going to make this better! I won't even try the other flavors out of fear of wasting my money!

I had the mango flavor and did not like it at all. it gave my husband heartburn when taken straight. The taste is chemically and it is thick. I diluted it with water and still cannot stand the taste. We tried,, but it went in the garbage.
