I purchased the strawberry banana flavor. I have to admit it is not the best tasting or smelling. I tried mixing it with water and the taste was still bad. I am able to mix it with fruit juice diluted with water with slices of lemon or lime, and the taste is fine. It's not convenient for me to always eat the required amounts of protein every day so this makes it easier for me to get that extra protein in. I will be ordering this again.

Most collagen supplements don't add tryptophan to make a complete protein, but this one does. It's also inexpensive, when you consider only 2 tablespoons for 18 grams of protein. Added to a huge glass of water, it's hydrating too.

It's a concentrated strong syrup with intense flavor. I recommend adding to a water bottle and shaking vigorously to dilute a bit. Other than that, very good!

Very thick and the watermelon flavor is very sweet. Will try a different flavor once the watermelon is used up.

I bought this for my clear liquid stage and as a quick, low volume protein source. It is a really thick syrup and made me gag, but at least it was quick to get it down and supported my protein goals in the short term. I bought the coconut pineapple flavor, which I usually like, but did not like in this. I wonder if another flavor would've been better for me. I'd still recommend trying it if you're struggling with protein shakes or protein intake in general as it was gentle on my stomach, did not curdle in my throat like other shakes did early on, and there's a lot of protein packed in the small amount.

The so called Pina colada is horrible. It smells like rotting stinking shoes from a teenage boy's locker room! 🤢🤮 which makes it hard to drink. Literally have to hold my nose to get it down. But the nasty smell stays in you mouth!! absolutely the worst protein flavor ever! I have tried mixing it , shooting it down fast, nothing but the trash is going to make this better! I won't even try the other flavors out of fear of wasting my money!

I had the mango flavor and did not like it at all. it gave my husband heartburn when taken straight. The taste is chemically and it is thick. I diluted it with water and still cannot stand the taste. We tried,, but it went in the garbage.

The taste was terrible in my opinion. Very protein flavored, those that have had protein drinks before know the flavor I’m talking about. Even super diluted it wasn’t very good. I also tried to add water flavoring to help cover up the taste more but It breaks through kinda strong. Just my opinion…So disappointed. I got cherry and grape.
