Water & protein intake!
One of the biggest challenges after gastric surgery is fulfilling the water and protein demands. This fruit concentrates helps me fulfill both. I start with a 16 oz bottle of water and drink 1/2. My reward is adding this delicious concentrate to the remainder of my water to enjoy. In the hot Texas summer I like to squeeze a little concentrate over a cup of crushed ice. My version of a Proti snowcone. Yum!

Best Concentrates!
I will definitely be continuing to purchase these concentrates! They smell and taste excellent, and you can't beat 15g of protien in a drink! 💜
