UNSEALED AND NOT NEW
Item came unsealed and not new, box in poor condition. Don't buy systems from Walmart online get them directly from store

The third party is completely a scam! Do not order from ozeal electronics. My item was delivered to the wrong door and signed electronically!!!! Ozeal keeps stating I signed it and it was delivered and I did not get NOTHING. I am trying to get a refund I even filed claims I am close to getting the cops involved and getting this business shut down completely or the person behind bars for fraud if I don't receive my refund. This is nasty behavior. I spend $846! I e called Walmart customer service n they were no help

Never got the item. Shipped to an old address somehow and I tried to update through UPS, but still went to old address. Walmart will not help me resolve this. Never shopping with them again.
