The psoas of course gets a great release from this device that is hard to replicate. I particularly like the design with the two "prongs" as you can often work muscles bilaterally which allows you to identify any asymmetries.

I love my PSO-rite! Great for my back pain from working remotely. I also like that it's so versatile, you can use it on almost any muscle. You use your own body weight for pressure so you can really adjust how intense it is and ease your way in. It's very durable and will probably last a lifetime. The PSO-rite company has absolutely excellent customer service too! Give it a try! For the amount of use you'll get out of it, the PSO-rite is comparatively inexpensive.

It comes with a visual guide to show all the different stretching techniques. Very easy to use and gives incredible relief .

Deep tissue massages help a lot but it's so pricey, it's not possible to get them regularly. This is where this simple, yet amazingly effective tool comes in. I had to watch some YouTube videos to figure out how to use it correctly but once I figured it out. Wow. You can go as easy or as hard as you like and you will feel the difference right away. Amazing!

The PSO-Rite is a unique and versatile massage product that does a great job at relieving pressure and tension points in various areas of the body. I'm a runner but I have never used a product like this. I found it easy to use and it does a great job to ease tight spots and pain points in my foot. I do feel like the price is a little high for a small piece of molded plastic. The instructions included are limited but if you scan the QR code there is a link to detailed instructions with many more positions. It would have been nice to have this included in the package especially at the price point of this product.

I found this block helps with adjusting my back and I feel like I get a better work out. The directions I got with it was all in Spanish but it was easy enough to scan the QR code and it took me to the site for all the questions I had for use.
