Love this product! I have had hip issues and back issues since I was in high school. Now I'm in my 30s I work a ton, sit most of the day and travel a lot. Some days my hip and back was to much. I've use the Pso-Rite at my gym and friends house a bunch. When I say the amount of relief I get from using this tool is amazing! My activity has increased. My back and hips don't bother many after my trips and long days at the office. Now that I will have my own Im excited to use the Pso-Rite all over my body more consistently

Easy to use and reasonably priced

I'm dealing with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and in my side, and my physical therapist has me doing some pressure exercises with various items to relieve muscle tension. This device makes it very easy to use my body weight to do the pressure point releases in my arm and side. I have no worries about this item breaking or cracking as it's very sturdy. The shape makes it easy to rest in between and balance without rolling off. Some of the other items I use are round, and you have to focus real hard to balance yourself if you're using bodyweight. Having the two prongs with the space in the middle makes it much easier to focus on using your weight to apply pressure versus trying to maintain your balance. I also like the rubber bumpers on the bottom which keep it from sliding out from underneath you when you were placing your bodyweight onto the device.

Comes with a set of positions that can be practiced to relieve muscle tension, the trapezio position has been so effective -- all the pain I was experience subsided so much. It does look sturdy and suction cups prevent it from sliding all over the place. Since we don't have carpeting in our house, only laminate, it's been safe so far and was secure on the floor. Love how portable it is as well, easy to navigate wow with your when going on a road trip, and use it in small spaces (aka a hotel room). Highly recommended.

I also really appreciate the color variety offered. I did, however, find the instructions/guide to be a bit lacking and felt like it could've had more information on it instead of just mainly pictures. I'm glad that there are videos and helpful guides online though.

Some positions didn't work for me and it felt too intense, but there are so many stretching options that I still get good use from it. The rubber rings on the bottom keep it from sliding if using on a hard floor. It's tough and doesn't give under heavy weight.

The deep pressure that is achievable with this handy tool is what make the difference. It feels satisfying to put on my lower back after a long day. The webpage stated all the ways this tool could be used but on the pamphlet that came with it only shows five of the stretches. I think that a handy picture guild of all the different exercises should be included with this purchase. A fully detailed picture guide would fit perfectly on our workout room wall.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I did not know what to expect of the quality level of this product for the price. I do think it is sturdy feeling, however I do not think it warrants such a high price tag. I also am a small framed person and felt like this did not fit the areas of my muscles to stretch and relax the same as in the brochure. Not sure this really will do anything for me specifically.
