I take Pharma Z every day with my Infinite Brain lemonade punch. I can truly say that this combo makes me not dread going to "work"; sitting behind my computer in my home office almost 10 hours a day. This stuff really works well. If it's a rest day, I like to take 1 tab right after work to chill out, and another before bed. My watch tracks my sleep, and Everytime I'm over 70 for my score... I think I hit 83 the other night! Unheard of! Don't buy anything fancy from other companies. They are loaded with extra ingredients, and we'll... Let's say sleep score was around 30... 30!
