I suffer from colitis and my physician recommended that I take psyllium husk to help relieve my symptoms. I had tried another over the counter product and then tried this product. I find it to be very helpful. It's easy to swallow and has not caused me any adverse effects. I take the capsules exactly according to my doctor's directions and include those on the label as well. In addition, I do not take the supplement before going to bed as I was told to avoid lying down directly after using it.
Very strong, 2 capsules are plenty and drink lots of water with it.
Works well, and the price was reasonable. Will purchase again.
I love this brand of fiber capsules!! They really help me to stay regular and that's what i needed bad.
Absolutely amazing stuff. I took one tiny capsule 3 weeks ago and haven't left the bathroom since. That's potency and value.
Once adjusted to my needs, work well. Easy to take.
Found these fiber capsules due to my usual Equate brand being out of stock. They're a bit more expensive but more potent per capsule and they seem to be working well-I'll know more as I continue to use them but overall so far so good...
Not the same Want equate finger pills back!!
Since walmart no longer sells the equate brand of metamucil capsules I decide to order these. They have a chemical smell that is quite off putting to me. im going to order the now brand and try those
