I have been eating Psyllium Husk for several years to help add more fiber into my diet as fiber has many health benefits. I like Psyllium whole husk better than power form. I sometimes don't mix them well in power form. I lately switched from other brand to Frontier brand for Psyllium whole husk as I feel that the Psyllium husk of Frontier brand has lighter color than other brand and I thought that lighter color is better.

In the last 3 years psyllium husk was practically not available. Easier to get was psyllium ‘flower', which in my experience does not work as well. It quickly becomes an almost solid, jelly-like substance. Before I tended to use psyllium husk from a competitor, alas besides it having a prettier packaging and it being substantially more expensive it was practically the same. In other words, this product is of excellent value and highly recommended!

This is one of the best, high quality fiber supplement products that you can find in the market. It helps a lot with deficiency and just overall wellbeing. Tasted good and easy to digest. Packaging also is very convenient for intake. and comes in good size. Highly recommend for people of all ages!

I like the fact that there is no flavoring or additives to this psyllium husk. I have been taking it for over 10 years with each meal to control my diverticulitis. If I take it every day, I have no digestive problems. Keeps my poop nice and soft and easy to come out.

The packaging is quite secure; there's no spillage. I never thought psyllium will help me better my diet composition as I noticed better bowel movement. No more constipation. The taste is also neutral. I don't want to drink anything in the morning that's flavored/with sugar. Fiber also helps improve my gut flora, I've heard, as I also drink milk kefir.

I tried psyllium of this brand for the first time as all others were sold out and it's a great one! Works just the same as other psyllium products, no concerns about the quality. The package is big, great size for this price. Tip: make sure you take whole psyllium husk rather than powder. I found powder to be more sticky and overall less pleasant to drink as it doesn't fully dissolve in water.

I usually buy the one produced by NOW food but it has been out of stock for a long time. Psyllium husk is beneficial to the gut with a high fiber content. This one is of good quality that the ingredient is clean but I prefer a ziplock bag package instead.

I have used whole psyllium husk in a different brand but it was sold out so I order this one from Frontier Co-op. I will say that it is "okay". It almost has a mild spicy flavor and it does alter the taste of a smoothie or oatmeal a little bit. I also notice that I get some nauseousness from it. My husband and daughter use it too and they have no problems with it so it is probably something I am sensitive to!
