Assembly took me a while as I was by myself. When meeting the back to the bottom it would be ideal to have a second person hold it in place while the other screws it on. Other than that it was fairly easy. It looks great! Just one concern. I wish the “leather” was sturdier. We'll see how it holds up.

it really is a beautiful chair. putting the back on was a chore and i feel like the instructions ate very brief. there is a video on here, showing assembly which makes it a little easier.

Chair is extremely low and very difficult to get in and out. The swivel is very tight and difficult to move. Trying to swivel usually results in the chair being dragged across the floor instead of swiveling. The back support is too high and not in the lumbar area. The chair is very top heavy and will tilt over backwards upon placing any pressure on the top of the chair or even leaning back. Some of the bolt holes between the back and the seat did not line up leaving the back attached to the chair on the left side with only one bolt. However, it is a beautiful and well constructed item but not very comfortable
