Puffins Cereal, Puffed Peanut Butter Cereal, 11 OZ Box

I received this free from BZZAgent in exchange for an honest review. I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed this cereal. The only pb cereals I've ever had before this were Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch and Reese's Puffs. I like those, but sometimes find the texture to be too hard. This was perfect. The right amount of firmness/crunch, not overly sweet, and a delicious peanut butter flavor!

Great peanut butter taste without being too sweet or overwhelming. I prefer chocolate milk, so I choose cereals that pair well with chocolate. The Puffins Peanut Butter Cereal was perfect with cold chocolate milk and the puffs stayed crunchy even at the bottom of the bowl. I also appreciate the calorie count there is quite a lot of cereal in a 1 cup serving size, so it is very satisfying. I appreciate there is not a lot of added sugar to the cereal, and the ingredients include real peanuts. I enjoyed this cereal as a quick late day snack, very tasty, very crunchy, and very satisfying. This is my first time trying Puffins Cereal and I will definitely be keeping this in the pantry. I'm eager to try the other flavors.

Ever since coming back from living in Madrid, I'm obsessed with reading every single ingredient label in the grocery aisle. I'd basically given up on American cereal because I couldn't stand all the weird, artificial additives and highly processed junk hidden in them. Puffins Peanut Butter Cereal was a genuine relief to find. Compared to standard peanut butter cereals that leave a bizarre, sugary film in your mouth, this one actually tastes like real peanut butter. The crunch is unbelievable, and it actually holds up in milk instead of turning into instant mush. Knowing it's made with clean, non-GMO ingredients, without all those strange chemical compounds, makes it a rare win. I'm definitely buying this again and telling everyone to try it. Just a heads up if you have kids: keep an eye on the bag. I gave a little sample to my son, and he straight-up hijacked the entire bag and ate every last bite on the spot. Definitely buying two boxes next time so I actually get a bowl for myself!

Crunchy, lightly sweet, and packed with peanut butter flavor! I love that it satisfies my sweet tooth without being overly sugary, and the texture stays nice and crunchy even with milk. Definitely a tasty cereal that feels like a treat without going completely off the rails.

The first thing my daughter did when I got the Puffins Peanut Butter Cereal, was open the box and take a handful of dry cereal to snack on! She noticed that it was crunchier than normal, but this is also because we had not added any milk yet. She was so happy with the taste! This peanut butter cereal was not overwhelming in taste, and I could tell that the sugar content was lower than other cereal, which i truly appreciate as a mom. I would definitely purchase this again. It's nice when you find something for your kids to eat for a light meal and/or a snack that they actually like, that does not inflict mom guilt when giving it to them!

Where has this cereal been all my life? I've had the regular Puffins cereal, but I didn't know about the peanut butter until recently. Lets start with the crunch...right out of the box its a great snack, crunchy with just the right amount of peanut butter! Sweetness factor is just perfect and the flavor is just perfect. Now lets add some milk...I can not stand soggy cereal so I normally use an Obol to keep my cereal crunchy. Not necessary with Puffins Peanut Butter! I added milk and the cereal retained a nice crunch all the way to the end. This is honestly my new favorite cereal. If I had only one critique, it would be the graphics on the box. I loved the old box with the more real looking Puffin. Otherwise, 100% in my book!

We really like the flavor of the cereal, but the only thing I didn't like that it is super hard. It's not easy to chew for me .The filling of peanut butter inside taste so good. Not even with the milk sitting they turn off they still stay hard. The good thing is that they're vegan and that they have real peanut butter.

The cereal smells wonderful of peanut butter and each piece comes has peanut butter swirled in it. The cereal pieces are chunky and won't quickly get soggy in your milk. In fact, it'll be quite a few minutes before the cereal softens in milk. Texture wise I think it's a bit rough. My preference is for a softer cereal and I found it to be too crunchy. I also didn't love the flavor. It mostly tastes of sweet and not so much of peanut butter. Other peanut butter cereals land the flavor a bit better I think. I personally wouldn't recommend the cereal to a peanut butter lover. I personally wouldn't recommend it to a cereal lover. I think it misses the mark on flavor and texture.

I just tried this cereal today. When I picked up the box I immediately smelled peanut butter which was good and promising. I triedba few pieces dry and loved the light peanut flavor. It's not over powering and the sweetness level is not overwhelming. When you add milk it becomes even more mild. What stood out to me most though is the crunch. It's very crunchy. Hard even. I know people tend to like their cereal to stay crunchy, I'm just not one of those people though. If you are, then you may appreciate the hardness. It's not for me though unfortunately. Because of that, i feel this cereal would make for better general dry snack than breakfast cereal. I wouldn't give it to young children because it is a but tough to eat. If you're in the market for a crunchy crunchy snack, then go for it.
