Puffins Cereal, Puffed Peanut Butter Cereal, 11 OZ Box

I love this cereal. It has a definite peanut butter taste and is not overly sweet. It never gets soggy before I can finish eating it (I'm a slow eater) and I don't like mushy cereal. I appreciate that it's Rainforest Alliance Certified and Non-GMO Project Verified. Additionally, the cartons are made entirely from recycled material. Peanut butter Puffins have been a favorite in our house for years. So disappointed with the most recent box and recipe change. Smaller size and no flavor. I can't imagine someone actually tried the new recipe and thought it was an acceptable replacement. Sadly I will not buy again. I truly hope Post reconsiders this change and brings the old recipe back

I used to love the peanut butter puffins until they added seed oils and changed the size if I could leave zero stars I would. This has greatly affected my joy in a difficult stage of life and my utter disgust is comparable to the taste in my mouth these things now leave. CHANGE IT BACK YOU CLOWNS IMMEDIATELY. IT MADE ME LOSE MY SOCCER GAME.

Me and my entire family have been eating puffins for years! I am a huge proponent and converted a many people to it. Today I grabbed a new box and my wife immediately said something was wrong. I tried it and it was all wrong and missing its yummy peanut butter flavor. The only thing I can imagine is that Post also invests in anti depressants and they are hedging that by changing America's favorite cereal recipe they will spiral the country into a gloom that life is not worth living and they will have to then feed on antidepressants to try and forget what happened to their beloved puffins. Seriously you cant just make a new cereal and put it in the Peanut Butter Puffins box. If you want to make a new cereal called gross and nasty you now have the recipe. Imagine if your mother made your favorite recipe and then one day she just changed it and there was no way to get it back. There is no reason to try and tinker with perfection. Please bring back the previous recipe! Long live Peanut Butter Puffins overthrow the imposter! Also there is an error on your website I can not give it zero stars.

I would give it 0 stars. I thought oh they must have accidentally skipped the part to add the peanut butter and have a bad batch. Opened another box, nope same problem. Looked online and found they changed the recipe and I couldn't be more disappointed. This used to be my favorite cereal I ate everyday… please make this right and bring back the original recipe!!!

I was a peanut butter Puffins addict - there always had to be a box in my pantry and I had to learn new coping skills when the product was on back order. Well all of that has changed. I am truly underwhelmed by the formulation change. The flavor and texture are both blah. I don't mind that the squares are smaller but it lacks the crunch and bursts of flavor that I had come to love. I don't think I will continue to buy this product.

Instead of the light, airy texture I expect, the current product is dense and hard. ​Flavor: The rich peanut butter flavor that defined the product is essentially missing. The current version lacks the taste profile that made this cereal my favorite. ​I value your brand, but the current iteration of this cereal does not meet the standards I have come to rely on. As a result, I will not be purchasing this product again unless the recipe is reverted to the original. ​I sincerely hope you will take this feedback into consideration for your next production run, as I would love to return to being a regular customer. ​Thank you for your time.

This used to be my family's *favorite* cereal for years. But the recipe recently changed and now it is just awful!!! Why did you ruin a good thing?! New recipe tastes so bad I had to throw the box out. Thought I got a bad batch but every new box is like this. I'm so so disappointed. You have ruined this cereal and are going to lose so many customers. New recipe is disgusting!

Please bring back the old recipe! The new one is bland and missing the sweet and salty balance and the texture has changed for the worse too. I am wondering if this same issue is why we didn't like the cinnamon or original flavor…we tried them recently and thought that both of those were bland and we didn't like the texture…the squares were smaller too…so we went back to the peanut butter cereal and enjoyed that for a little while until today when we opened a new box…and noticed the smaller squares, different texture and different taste! So perhaps the recipe changes for the original and cinnamon cereals had alreay happened before we first tried them. Won't buy any of them anymore unless they go back to old recipe!
