It is perfect for daily use. It doesn't damage my nose because it's very soft and super comfortable to use. I will definitely keep using it because it is perfect for me
Love the new packaging, that fits in a car cup holder!!!! Who ever thought of this should be congratulated!!!! I used to take a bunch of tissues and curl them into my cup holder, now I can purcahse an appropiate amount and have an attractive box. Thanks!!
I love Puffs and have been using them since they were invented. There is not another tissue that is as tender on noses or other skin. However, for about the past year, the last 15-17 tissues in each box are not laying flat in the bottom of the box. Instead, these tissues are double-over in a wad. This makes it more difficult to use those last 8% of the product because they are more difficult to remove from the box one-at-a-time. I've noticed that my grandchildren grab that entire last 8% wad and that many of those tissues are wasted because nobody ever returns tissues to a box once they are removed from the box. Are Puffs being manufactured as always? What has changed in the packaging process that causes this problem on a very regular basis?
Have used Puffs tissues since they first came out - while I love the quality of the tissue itself - the boxes have gotten increasingly hideous in design and color. While I realize that some people may like a splashy colorful design - why not continue to make some in plain boxes that can fit with any decor? None of the current box designs go with my decor and frankly, they are ugly (understand that's my personal opinion - in the eye of the beholder.) Don't normally right product reviews but felt compelled to as I just got back from the store and couldn't believe what I had to select from to replenish my tissues. It means I will be forced to go by tissue holders so I don't need to display the ugly boxes - therefore no one sees that they are your product as the logo will be hidden or buy some other company's tissue product that comes in a better package. Please consider making some plain designs on the boxes.
I don't know where you get your ideas for the box colors, but I have never liked them. and they are getting worse. I agree with another reviewer, they need to be relaxing colors and not something that jumps out at you when you enter a room. I do like the softness and I will contiune to use them. I just feel like I have to hide them because of the boxes.
I did not receive what is shown. Charged me $20 for 2 small cubes !!! It was supposed to be 2 - 3 box packs of puffs
OMG I just paid $9.69 for one box of tissues! Thought I was buying an economy package. At 15 cents a tissue they better be amazing 😡 Will be returning.
I have used Puffs all my life. It is what my mom bought as I was growing up & I continue to buy even now at 52 years old. I always buy the biggest box of what I think was called "Family Size" & is now "Basics". Then I noticed appx. 3 or 4 years ago, the quantity was less & the tissue no longer touched the side of the box. I think there were 240 tissues in the box the first time I noticed the change. About 1 year ago, the quantity dropped again to 200. Now, it has dropped yet another time to180. It goes hand in hand with the design change of the box & also the name changed. Well, I am finally tired of it. I will be switching to another brand after 52 years. They may not be as soft but I will get used to it. And about the designs on the boxes, could they be any more ugly? The bigshots need to start reading the reviews & they would see how many people are unhappy with the product now.
I have bought Puffs for the past 10 years, because it's been such a quality product. The tissues have been so soft on my nose during allergy and flu season. But I just bought a box of Everyday Non-Lotion puffs, and it feels like single ply toilet paper, not pleasant at all. I don't know what they have done differently or why they are cutting costs on their quality, but it is very noticeable and a shame.
I'm very disappointed in this product. The layers of tissue separate as they come out of the box, leaving you with an ultra-thin tissue. This happens repeatedly. Out of a full box, I've gotten maybe 3 tissues stuck together properly. I bought a big pack at my local bulk store too, so I'm already into my 5th or 6th box and they are all like this. I'd rather pay a little more for a more secure product.
