Puffy 4.25 fl oz 3D Paint White, Dries Permanent, Multi-Surface

I used this to color a pair of suade-type sandals...colored the cloth parts, and now, instead of an old dirty looking grey pair I did not want to wear outside....looking wearable again. They were my favorite walking sandals and I could not find a pair like them. I used a mini toothbrush like you buy to get between the teeth and it worked great.

application went on smooth! I love to craft and often write things with paint which can be difficult depending on the flow of paint. This worked well!

it dries a little see through but after a few layers it's so cute ! I used it to paint a chair and a little goes a long way ! I used one bottle for two chairs I had biut bought 4 bottles just in case but I think I will have extras!

I use this on the bottom of crochet and knit slippers. Works great for non slip. Squiggle a few lines and dots and they have a secure feel.

I was truly excited when Tulip brought the puff paint back on the market. I only assumed that maybe they had come up with tons of colors and possibly added glitter or marbeling or something. Couldn't wait to try it. Was hugely disappointed! This is NOT like the puff paint tulip had out in the 80's. I made many different craft items with the old puff paint and it lived up to it's name; you flipped the fabric over, dampened it and then ironed it. The paint would puff up off of the fabric in true 3D. This stuff does absolutely nothing. It just lays there; flat and unassuming. Sure; you can get glossy or matte but it doesn't live up to a 3D name. That shouldn't even be ON the product. It's misleading.

I have been using craft paints for a long time. so long, i got lazy and stopped really reading the instructions before I started a project. I will accept that I should have looked A LOT more closely, but when the bottle says PUFFY 3D, the last thing I expect, is a non-puffing paint!! To realize that this is a BRAND, not a paint type is ridiculously misleading. I am frustrated enough by the misleading labeling and lack of true distinction, I doubt i but PUFFY branded paint again. At least Tulip yells me what paint I'm buying upfront...

Although the paint does the job and the shirt looked great, the dry time instructions on the bottle are very inaccurate. It says 4 hrs. 8 hrs later in front of a fan it was wet to the touch. Major disappointment for a school project.
