Easy to assemble and pump
This is perfect for boys to air up their footballs and basketballs.
My kids play a lot of soccer and basketball. We always seem to have at least one flat ball that needs to be pumped up. This small hand pump is simple enough for even my youngest kids to use on their own. The small size means I can easily keep it in my car to use at soccer practice or on the playground.
The son has been asking for a small lightweight ball pump to use to pump up his basketball and the Franklin Sport Ball Pump worked perfectly for what he asked for. The ball pump was easy to use, the needles are durable and didn't break in the ball, and the whole unit was easy enough for my elementary kid to handle on his own without my help. The pump is lightweight enough for the kid to throw in his backpack and take on the go. Overall, if you're looking for a small lightweight ball pump, this is a good one to consider.
Worth every cent, perfect size too. RECOMMEND IT
It's just really small so it can take a couple of minutes to hand pump anything, but it does have multiple heads and an air pipe
It's a nice touch at this price point. What's REALLY nice though is the flexible hose, because what usually happens when you're using a ball pump with the needle rigidly mounted to the pump? You're holding the ball in your lap and trying to stabilize the pump, when the ball rolls forward, snapping or bending your needle. The hose does away with all that: set the ball on a table or something, hold the pump with one hand and pump with the other, and let the hose absorb the slight motions of the pump in your hands. Feels like good quality too; I even bought a second one for my wife's work group that plays volleyball when the bar they play at didn't have one. Everyone likes it so far.
